Liberty Dispatch has been given information that Liberty County Sheriff Henry Patterson has used his seized and asset forfeiture funds (slush fund) in an illegal manner. First hand information is that Sheriff Patterson is paying a local cult called "The Outsiders" money from LCSO to fund attacks on political opponents and for illegal investigations as well as his soft money campaign expenditures.
After repeated records act request concerning the LCSO seized and asset forfeiture funds and an accounting thereof, Henry Patterson refuses to turn over records.

I see no advantageone for anyone accused of a crime or with a case in court to take sides in a sheriff's race UNLESS the sheriff is paying you or promising you a job. Shauberger should be hollering for Patterson to release a detailed accounting of his use of this money.

Patterson is on his way out thank goodness. In April he will see just how popular he is. He fired some good officers for chickens--t reasons and kept a lot of backstabbers. I hope Bobby Rader cleans house when he gets there.
Looks like KSHN may be cracking the door open on exposing the Outsiders.
Henry Patterson not only refuses to show us the money trail, he refuses to talk to the media and he refuses to show up most places.
Now that they are trying to hide their relationship to Eddie Shauberger is, Liberty Dispatch is screwed without these records.....lol....it couldn't happen to nicer people!
