1979-Riding the Rabbit-Southern Pacific Railroad: by Andrew McCreight

I hired out as a Brakeman on the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1979 about two months after graduating from Hardin High School in Liberty County Texas.

One of the great experiences that I had was working the caboose as a rear brakeman on a train that ran from Houston to Lufkin. We swapped crews at Lufkin, layed over at a hotel, and waited on a southbound train to take back to Houston.

Working the caboose was a treat for me especially at on a night train. We would leave Houston and end up in the middle of the Piney Woods. On a moonless night it would get so dark on the caboose that you could not see your hand in front of your face. IT WAS DARK!

As we traveled up and down the railroad one of our duties as a trainman was to curve the train. We would peer out the caboose window looking for any defects that might cause harm to our train. This might include "hot boxes" or "sticking brakes' or even signs of broken wheels that might cause the train to derail. (Trains no longer have cabooses and these duties are performed by track side detectors now days. Technology such as this allowed Railroads to do away with cabooses and those of us who had the pleasure of riding them).

Anyway, as I was curving my train one night, I noticed an amazing sight. The airbrakes had been applied and the brake shoes on the cars were applied tight. I new that they had been applied because all the rail cars had little sparkling lights emanating off of each wheel. It was very dark and we were going around curves in the middle of the piney woods and I saw what looked like Christmas lights all up and down the train. I am amazed that this vision still sticks with me after forty years of railroading.

We demanded that Donald remain strong or be replaced in 2020. I had already made my mind up that if he caved that I was going to switch my vote to Ted Cruz. I love Donald Trump and I appreciate what he has done for our country in the short time that he has been President. I also recognize the political pounding that he has received from the Media, Democrats and the Republican Establishment...and I applaud the strength that he has thus far exhibited. The spin continues to be that the 2016 mid-term election Republican loss was Trump's fault. But after much contemplation and consternation I must declare that the loss can be attributed to Paul Ryan and the Flake(y) Republican Establishment.

Paul Ryan not only disappeared during this election cycle but he seemingly attacked President Trump at every angle. He did not support the Trump Party Patriots. He left us hanging like the Nobles did in the movie Brave Heart. Just at the moment the battle intensified and victory was near, Paul Ryan and the Flake(y) Republican RINO Establishment slowly turned their Steeds away from the battle and rode off leaving Patriots to die on the battle field. How do we fix this election fiasco?

I hereby order and insist that at anytime in the future when a person in a leadership role declares that they are not going to seek election again that they must resign said leadership role immediately.

I was pretty down after the results started rolling in last night!

Today, I realize what really happened. The Republican Establishment (Paul Ryan) really blew it! He apparently told his RINO buddies to not associate with President Trump during the Election Cycle. And...if you look at what really happened.
The Democrats only gained control of the House by 4 or 5 members. It was not a Mandate!

I think it is an indication of what is going to happen in 2020. Control of the House will revert back to the Trump Party! The Democrats threw everything but the Kitchen Sink at Trump and they still barely limped across the finish line!

The idea of “jus soli,” the right of the soil, goes back to English common law. Where does the American idea of birthright citizenship enter our political tradition?

In the United States, it is the African-American community that first begins to articulate the claim to birthright citizenship. They do it because they need it. Other folks do not.

They look at the Constitution, which doesn’t really define who is a citizen, but does have this clause saying that the president must be a natural-born citizen. They ask, if the president is a natural-born citizen, why aren’t we? The Naturalization Act of 1790 says that only white people can be naturalized. But there is no color line in the Constitution.

After 1868, African-Americans are citizens, if they are born in the United States. Now they have a tool that protects them from any effort to remove them from the country. With citizenship, there really is a there there, even as the struggle over civil rights continued, arguably into our own moment.

The 14th Amendment was a 19th-century remedy that did a great deal, but it was not designed to grapple with the problem of mixed-status families.

The 14th amendment, in guaranteeing citizenship, was meant to restore and bequeath family integrity to African-Americans.

I don’t think history is a blueprint. It can’t be. There’s too much that’s particular to our own time and place. But I do think the debate about birthright citizenship is here, and you can’t be well equipped for it unless you are familiar with where it begins.

He advocates lower wages and working conditions through this Open Border Ideology while at the same time he approaches a huge retirement and benefits package that a retiring Congressman receives...especially retiring as the Speaker of the House. It is time to energize and make sure that the Donald Trump agenda survives!

Although it is difficult to support the Leadership of the Republican Party...ie...Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan, we must excite the Base and push through the negativity of the Republican Establishment.

One of the negatives has a positive outcome arriving soon. Paul Ryan is leaving politics. This is a good thing. I do regret that he did not step out of the way months ago. I think he has been a contributing factor in the lack luster support of the Party from the Trump Patriots. It has been difficult to maintain the high energy necessary to continue to dismantle the Democrat Party; albeit, they have done a pretty damn good job of imploding from within!

Ok...Paul Ryan...don't let the door knob hit you where the good lord split you...on the way out! He has been a heavy ball and chain to the Trump Party movement!

Now let's move on to Mitch McConnell...this will be the last time I vote for a Republican if Mitch remains in power. He is the reason that the upcoming mid-terms will give the Democrats a chance of taking back the Senate. Mitch is obviously in bed with the special interest wing of the party and is a major reason Illegal Immigration has not been addressed! He favors a foreign national worker supply for corporations versus ensuring that the American Worker has favorable wages and benefits. This is why McConnell does what he does.! It is time to replace Mitch McConnell for the good of the American People!

Mark Meadow used this rule to effectively remove John Boehner as the Speaker of the House in 2015. John Boehner seeing the hand writing on the Political Wall....RESIGNED!

The Freedom Caucus should used the same tactic on Paul Ryan. He has become an ineffective leader and should be replaced.

The separation of immigrant children from their parents issue is a tough one. One would want to be compassionate and say make an exception to the rule of law and let them be housed together. But...the process of treating illegal entry into our country warrants a stiff penalty. This is to ensure that illegal entry into our country will be taken serious by foreign governments and illegal human traffickers. Foreign Nationals should expect the process of illegal entry into our country to be arduous and uncomfortable.

Now let us examine the root of the child/parent separation issue.

Democrats: They have been using the illegal immigration issue to water down the historical voting base of the United States. From my observation this became very prevalent during the Obama Error. It became a very concerted effort to undermine the citizens of the United States in an effort to promote Hope and Change. It was a political undertaking of moving the country from Capitalism to Socialism. Everyone has the prerogative of following their own political path. I respect that.

President Obama and his followers were very good at accomplishing their goals. I give them all the credit that they deserve. They drove the illegal immigrant issue into the ground. They road it like a bronc buster breaking a horse. They shoved it right down the throats of the Republican Establishment which folded like the weak kneed bitches that they are.

I commend the Democrat Party for being tough and pursuing their goals with the fighting skills of gladiators. If their party had not gone so far left and goofy, I would surround myself in their fighting armor versus the panty waste pitiful fighting skills of the Republican Establishment. In the end they did move the voting base needle in their favor.

Republicans: About all I can say about the Republican Establishment is that they must be bought and paid for by Special Interests and Lobbyist. They act as though they live in a fog. They are weak. They are walking aimlessly through a tumultuous time in the history of the United States.

Paul Ryan is at best detestable. Mitch McConnell is at best a small pimple on the ass of history. His legacy will be that he allowed the Democrats to bully and bamboozle him into being one of the weakest leaders in the history of the United States Senate.

The Republican Party does not represent the working people of this country. They allowed Obama to shove Obama Care down our throats and then when in power did not have the balls to do anything about getting rid of it. They have allowed illegal immigration to morph into a political animal that has eaten up the sovereignty of the United States of America. They did this not in the name of helping humanity but in the name of supplying Corporate America with worker bees...I hate the Republican Establishment!

May 2018 Local Election Results-Galveston Texas: by Andrew McCreight

Galveston Mayor James Yarbrough was reelected with 2920 votes.

Unopposed Council Positions:

District 1 council person Amy Bly was reelected with 170 votes.

District 2 council person Craig Brown was reelected with 294 votes.


Opposed and Vacant Council Positions:

District 3 was won by challenger David Collins with 421 votes versus incumbent Frank Maceo who could only muster 416 votes.

District 4 was won by Jason Hardcastle with 214 votes.

District 5 will require a runoff that will be held on June 16, 2018. The two top vote getters were Carol Holloway (225 votes) and John Paul Listowski (354 votes). Neither candidate garnished 50% of the vote thereby triggering a runoff election.

District 6 saw an unexpected upset. Challenger Jackie Cole received 610 votes versus incumbent Carolyn Sunseri who only managed to receive 522 votes from her constituency.

The interesting race for me was District 6. I did not endorse Jackie Cole but I did vote against Sunseri. I felt she had been unresponsive to inquiries that I had made and also the supporters on her web page came across as arrogant and overbearing. In my eyes " Incumbency has a tendency to begat Arrogance".

Also, I would point out that Council Person Sunseri and State Representative Faircloth used questionable campaign tactics and I deplore a politician that takes the low road! THEY BOTH LOST!

4. Where you involved in the presentation of the Russian Dossier to the FISA Judge?

5. Who came up with the idea to not give the FISA Judge a true picture of how the Dossier was conceived? Who came up with the plan not to tell the FISA Court that the Dossier was bought and paid for by the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton?

Illegal Immigrants Applying for Asylum in US: by Andrew McCreight

I do not understand why the United States allows caravans of foreign nationals to enter our country using an asylum claim based on fear of returning to their home country.

I wonder why we allow individual claims of political or terror based reasons to enter our country illegally.

Why do we not evaluate the Political and Suppressive state of their home country as a whole and then base Asylum into the United States on that information. It will bring an end to caravans of illegal immigrants showing up on our border, lawyers getting involved on an individual bases, and then individuals having to wait for a hearing with an immigration judge to decide their fate. It would also alleviate the catch and release, catch and hold, catch and deport system that is currently Not Working. Not to mention, the cost of all the individual claims of asylum and the appeals system.

It is time to change individual asylum claims to a holistic home country evaluation.

If the home country is treating their people in a manner that causes them to walk hundreds of miles to our borders then we should initiate Sanctions against those countries!

Unless I misinterpreted Attorney General Sessions recent comments concerning Robert Mueller's Special Counsel, I think it is time for Jeff to instruct Rod Rosenstein to close the investigation and send Robert Mueller into retirement.

I have been researching the appointment and dismantling of a Special Prosecutor and it is very complicated. I think somebody along the way muddied the water to make it confusing about who has the authority to fire a Special Prosecutor. But...one thing I did understand about who has the power to hire and fire someone for this position is the Attorney General of the United States. Although, Mr. Seessions ceded his power to Rod Rosenstein in order to comply with close connections rule to the person being investigated, I think it is still clear that Attorney General Sessions has the power to instruct Rod Rosenstein to end the current Special Counsel status of Bob Mueller.

Mr. Sessions stated that he is reluctant to appoint another Special Counsel to investigate the current Special Counsel because it has turned into a mess. (my word not his). but that's what I got out of his comment. Having said that...if Jeff Sessions is speaking out loud what we are all thinking...then it is time to get rid of Robert Mueller and close the books on this goofy Russian BS thing.

Or, Mr. Sessions, in the name of fairness you need to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate the Clinton email scandal and her tie to the DNC and the Russian Dossier fiasco.

I have refrained from commenting on the Budget that was passed by Congress and signed by President Trump. Trump came out and said that he would not sign another Budget if it is brought to him full of Pork and if it is presented to him without sufficient time to read and understand what the hell is in the document. I applaud him for saying that he would Balk on Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan if this happens again...but he probably should have vetoed it this time. I am optimistic that he got some kind of deal that will be revealed at a later date.

Having said the above I am calling for Mitch McConnell to invoke the nuclear option when he meets with resistance from the Democrats. Mitch McConnell's refusing to invoke a simple majority to pass needed legislation is a sign of weakness. He needs to step down if he cannot help President Trump with Budgets, Illegal Immigration, The Wall, Trump Appointments, and the FBI fiasco!

After watching FOX NEWS this morning and hearing a story about an Army Of Illegal Immigrants marching towards our Southern Border VIA Mexico, I began to wonder if the Catch and Release program (illegal immigrants) was Policy or Congressional Law.

I reviewed an article that stated that the Bush Administration changed the Catch and Release Policy being used at that time to a Catch and Return Policy.

The Trump Administration at its inception began to change from Catch and Release to Catch and Detain. Then when it realized that the USA does not have enough facilities to Detain the Large Volume of Illegal Immigrants that were being detailed at the Border, the Trump Administration then reversed its policy and restarted the Catch and Release Policy.

President Trump where are you on the Policy....are you serious about Border Security or are you all Talk!

The Bush administration tried to address the invasion along our Southern Border by changing policy to Catch and Return. President Trump it is time for you to (By Executive Order) reinstate the Catch and Return Policy.

PS. The problem with the Trump Administration Catch and Release Policy is that the Administrators of our Illegal Immigrant Policies are hold overs from the Obama Administration. According to the above website Texas House District 23 Representative Wayne Faircloth falls into the Pro-House Speaker Straus column. According to the same website Future Texas House District 23 Representative Mayes Middleton falls into the Anti-House Speaker Straus column.

What is the significance of this category assignment? Speaker Straus has been criticized as an anti-conservative political figure in Texas Politics. Therefore  Rep. Wayne Faircloth falls into the same mold as the departing Texas House Speaker.

After reading the Article I surmise that the reason for the Texas House Speaker's departure is because Conservative Law Makers such as Gregg Abbot and Dan Patrick have given him a run for his money in the pursuit of Political Control of the Texas Legislature. That being a surge to the right of the political spectrum in Texas Politics. Having said that (electing a supporter of Joe Straus such as Wayne Faircloth) will not serve the best interest of Texas Conservatives. The election of Wayne Faircloth will not serve the best interest of Texas TParty Patriots. The 2010 wave election that flipped many counties in Texas from Democrat to Republican will begin to wane if we do not elect more Conservative Politicians to the Texas House and Senate.

It has become quite apparent that Attorney Jeff Sessions is a clear and present danger to the continuance of the Republic. He is a danger for allowing the Deep State to continue the onslaught against President Trump. If Jeff Sessions will not appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate how the Deep State (Mueller and Company) manipulated the FISA COURTS, then he should be fired! Alleging Mark Beausoleil and Lisa Fregia may have knowledge about libelous statements made about the firm in 2010, managing partner Glen Morgan filed the petition Dec. 7 in Jefferson County District Court.

In the petition, RMQ states it anticipates the pending lawsuit will include allegations of fraud, conspiracy and libel.

"Mr. Beausoleil and Ms. Fregia may have knowledge about libelous statements made about petitioner during calendar year 2010," the petition states. "They may have knowledge regarding fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud against petitioner."

The petition fails to state what alleged libelous statement or action prompted the firm to take action.

Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, has been assigned to the case.

Local Judge Candidate Mark Beausoliel is challenging sitting Judge Chap Cain. Challenger and Husband of past Democrat chairwoman Liz Beausoliel- Candidate Mark Beausoliel is seeking to damage the sitting Judge by saying he is hearing cases from contributing law firms. Like usual, Mark Beausoliel is trying to pull one over on the voters by making a sitting Judge look like he is doing something wrong, when he is not... It’s very common practice for judges to take contributions from many, many law firms. Judges like Cain treat all cases the same and with correct judicial oversight.

Mark Beausoliel and his wife Democrat chair Liz Beausoliel are a blight on the Liberty County community, over the years they have tried everything they could to “steal” political positions and offices from the voters through more than alleged intimidation, theft, fraud and deceit. The last major drama they were involved in was stealing Judge Cain’s US Mail in an attempt to prove he was doing something wrong - THAT'S THE ONLY CRIME HERE!

What’s crack-house rat crazy now is that Mark Beausoleil is going on a internet radio blog by Jeff Leblanc and peddling his and his wife’s theft as some kind of new revelation of wrong doing by Judge Cain when the only story here is a conspiracy to intercept and steal the US Mail by the Beausoliels.

If Liberty County ever elects any Beausoliel’s they will doom Liberty County to criminal culture of extreme corruption... Voter Beware!

Dear President Trump,

I am writing to implore that you not get caught up in the Gun Removal Debate. No matter how hard you try to appease the Left it will not be good enough. You will only alienate your base. Stop waffling to and fro about the Gun Issue. It is a Non-Issue when it comes to mass shootings.

The problem is that we are not solving the problem of protecting our children from wackos and hateful violent people. Let us address that problem.

I am calling on President Trump to cut spending in any manner necessary and fund a Gate Keeper Initiative that protects at all cost students and staff who are attending our Public Schools.

I am calling on President Trump to provide permanent funding to place Officers in our schools to protect our most precious National Resource...Our Kids!

I am calling on President Trump to provide a Gate Keeper who is armed with whatever level of fire arm as is necessary to stop violent murderous intruders. The only thing that I ever heard Barrack Obama say that I agreed with is "If someone brings a knife to a fight, then we should bring a gun". Following this logic I am proposing that the Gate Keepers of our children should be armed with Automatic Weapons and are to be instructed to stop perpetrators at all cost. I am voting for Mayes Middleton as my District 23 State Representative.

One of the major reasons that I am voting for Mr. Middleton is that he is endorsed by Governor Greg Abbott. In an article in the Texas Tribune, Governor Abbot says that he is endorsing Mayes Middleton because "In the next legislative session, we have an opportunity to make Texas even better". He also says "To do this, we need leaders who will work with me to advance a conservative agenda". He continues "That is why I am endorsing Mayes Middleton for state representative".

Another reason that I am voting for Mayes Middleton is that I believe Wayne Faircloth is a RINO verging on being a Liberal Democrat. The reason that I say this is because of his recent personal attacks on Mr. Middleton. I heard the word "Extremists" being used in one of his adds when referring to Mayes. This is a word that is routinely used by Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and all the other left wing Wackos when referring to Conservatives. I associate the word "Extremist" to anti-capitalist, anti-conservative, and anti-TParty when used by the Wacko-Leftist, therefore; I MUST ASSUME THAT WAYNE FAIRCLOTH IS A LEFT WING ACTIVIST!

One other reason that I am voting Against Wayne Faircloth is that we worked the Phones for Wayne Faircloth in the previous election at his 61st Street Galveston Office. During the course of conversation with the people who were running the office I a remember making a comment that we must stand on principle when it comes to Politics. I remember being told that Wayne Faircloth believed that crossing the isle and working with others is the key to making things happen. This placed a doubt in my mind about Mr. Faircloth but I held my nose and voted for him because he was an R. I have a choice this election cycle and I will not vote for him again.

Mr. Faircloth has gone very ugly in his attack adds against Mayes Middleton. It tells me that Mr. Faircloth must be Polling very badly and it also tells me that like all Liberal Democrat office holders, he will do anything to hold on to his office.

Like others who Liberty Dispatch has exposed as "Corrupt Politicians" Donna Brown dosent get it, it's not about this Blog, its about her failure to perform her duties and take advantage of the Liberty County Public Trust. Her using the Liberty County Office of District Clerk to:

1. Set up shop in the courthouse to make money. (Self Dealing)

2. Failure to perform her duties as District Clerk and attack the District and County judges when they ask her to do her job.

3. Allegedly use the county money to go on out of town for "schooling" and ending up out of town at parties and bars, dancing and allegedly rubbing (and more) on strange men.

Rod Rosenstein should be fired: Andrew McCreight

I say that Rod Rosenstein should be fired for his participation in the Russian Dossier Conspiracy!

He signed the FISA request that was presented to the FISA Judge. You cannot tell me that he did not know that the Dossier was a setup to get Donald Trump. Therefore, how can Rosenstein remain in his role as Deputy Attorney General.

I am not calling for Trump to fire the conspirator. I am calling for Attorney General Jeff Session to do what is right. Go to Rod and ask him to resign. If he will not resign, take it upon yourself AG Sessions and recommend to President Trump that Rosenstein be replaced. One other thing Jeff, if you had not recused yourself in a moment of weakness and panic, you could have prevented Mueller from being appointed in the first place. IT IS OWN YOU Mr. Sessions. Fix this mess!

By the way...If you cannot man-up, maybe you should resign too!

(Liberty County, TX) Donna Brown who is running for Liberty County District Clerk has unsuccessfully tried to take over control of the Liberty County Courts and made the people's business in Liberty County almost impossible for the courts and judges to administer. Donna Brown's flagrant disregard for the law has caused one or more criminals to walk right into the population of Liberty County. One would have to say after seeing the evidence of what she has done - she might possibly have mental issues and fancies herself as some kind of godfather mafia type. When the Liberty County Auditor released a scathing accounting of possibly misappropriated funds on Brown's part, his car was criminally vandalized, the talk in the weeds is that it was one of her minions, either related or a person running a Liberty Facebook page for her, a person with multiple criminal felony convictions. The Liberty Police Department is now investigating that crime.

Liberty Dispatch believes candidate Donna Brown has used the county for her own personal interest/money/enjoyment and is bad for Liberty County i.e. like opening a quasi personal for profit gift shop in the District Clerks office. Liberty Dispatch will not write negative stories about the District Judges just because they won't march to Donna Brown's beat. There is other information Liberty Dispatch is working on related to Donna Brown's use of County funds to pay for expensive trips and alleged sexual encounters on the counties dime. (Liberty County, TX) In an attempt to sway public opinion in her favor, Donna Brown used Vita O'Reilly of the Liberty County Sheriff's Office (January 27th) to approach Liberty Dispatch to post a story for her.  Vita O'reilly was told that Liberty Dispatch would have no problem posting her story as long as she did not attack her challenger or the District Judges and further was told to define her campaign. Apparently, Donna Brown has unofficial running mates in Mark Beausoleil and "FEMA Phil" Fitzgerald.

Vita O'Rilley agreed to work on a story with Donna Brown. Apparently, Donna Brown decided not to write that story because she wants to keep Mark Beausoleil and "FEMA Phil" Fitzgerald as running mates.

Liberty Dispatch still agrees to post a "rebuttal" story on behalf of Donna Brown but, only if she exposes the two criminals Mark Beausoleil and "FEMA Phil" Fitzgerald and not attack her challenger or the judges.

The attempt at overthrowing the United States of America election process by the Senior Directors of the Obama FBI-DOJ is nothing less than collusion and conspiracy. We all knew that something was not right when Comey stood before Congress and let Hillary Clinton off the hook. He should have referred the case to the DOJ and let Attorney General Lynch decide whether or not to proceed with prosecution. Although, we all know that the fix was in at the DOJ also.

With the release of the Russian Dossier Memo we now see that our suspicions were correct. There was an Upper Level Governmental Conspiracy to suppress Donald Trump's chances of winning the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Hillary Campaign paid for the Dossier. The Dossier was delivered to the FBI by...if my memory serves me right....none other than John McCain. The FBI ran with the Fake Dossier to the FISA Court. The FISA Judge bit hook line and sinker. Assistant Attorney General Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as the Special Counsel to over see the Russian Influence in our election process. Mueller has tried his best to take Trump out but to no avail.

I heard one of the commentators on Hannity tonight remind us that Rosenstein had recommended to President Trump that he appoint Mueller as the new FBI Director. Could it be sour grapes from Rosenstein and Mueller that the Investigation targeted President Trump. I say yes after seeing all of the text messages and the Congressional Memo that shows there was much activity among the FBI upper management to have a plan to get Trump if he actually won the election.

All of the conspirators acted as though they were following the directions of someone at the top of the government food chain. Could it be...President Obama?
