Obama and the Blame Game- Accuses CIA of Withholding Intelligence

The CIA on Wednesday rejected accusations that it failed to share vital information with other US intelligence agencies that might have helped prevent last week's attempted plane bomb attack.

The intelligence agency rejected charges that it possessed, but failed to disseminate, information about Nigerian suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab that might have led to his being placed on a no-fly list.

"We learned of Abdulmutallab in November, when his father came to the US embassy in Nigeria and sought help in finding him. We did not have his name before then," said CIA spokesman Paul Gimigliano.

"Also in November, we worked with the embassy to ensure he was in the government's terrorist database -- including mention of his possible extremist connections in Yemen," the CIA spokesman said.

"We also forwarded key biographical information about him to the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC)" Gimigliano said, referring to the government office tasked with compiling and integrating intelligence from various US agencies.

The CIA didn't have enough information or evidence in advance of any alleged threat to act.

President, Barack Obama railed Tuesday against the intelligence breakdown and demanded an accounting this week of how the US system failed.

Clearly, Obama was passing the buck by trying to lay blame at the feet of government entities which he is tasked with controlling.

The CIA is a professional organization which is tasked with protecting American interest, beyond America's borders. The CIA would never knowingly withhold intelligence which could save American lives.

Editorial from: Talk Straight To Me

It should be very frustrating to voters of both parties and independents to read quotes from politicians like County Commissioner Norman Brown who was every open in the last two elections as he told citizens publicly that he was a Democrat “to the core” and had “always” been one because they best represent his values. I like Norman personally, but statements like his most recent one declaring himself a Republican because of changes in the values of the parties make me wonder how stupid he thinks all of us voters are.

To make matters worse, it appears District Judge Chap Cain was so impressed by Brown’s press release that he uses the same type of sales pitch to voters and beckons all of us “ his friends” to stick with him. If I were Cain’s friend I would tell him if he could not be more honest with himself at least he could be more honest with me and with the voters. I would tell him with no qualifiers that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has changed about the values expressed in the Democratic or Republican Party in many years. I would tell him people are ridiculing these kinds of statements all over town. I have heard them. I have read some of them. They are right!

To politicians who hold public office and want to change parties today, I would warn you that though you have been elected in the past and you may or may not have a bunch of friends that will remain loyal to you no matter what you do, most of us do not know you well. Most of us will form impressions by your actions and your words and we will vote for someone we believe is being honest with us. We will vote for someone who we believe has a well ordered mind and makes rational justifiable and wise decisions. Nothing about Brown’s and Cain’s explanation of their party change smells like anything but politics. No honesty. No rationality. No wisdom.

If a politician changing parties had never held office, or if they were younger, or if they had had some kind of religious conversion or a philosophical epiphany, I would accept their decision on face values, but these two men claim no such thing. It may not be that they were caught sniffing cocaine or cheating on their wife or enriching themselves by using information their office affords them to make money off of real estate, but it is the same type thinking that politicians have exercised and discredited themselves with voters over the years.

Imagine a Judge asking us to trust his decisions, decisions that affect so many of our friends and neighbors, when on the one decision we get to hear an explanation of we hear this!

Oh some “win at all cost” Republicans may say we are glad to have both of them because incumbents are difficult to beat. And I guess some embarrassed Democrats may embrace both of them because they may not have anyone to run against them and they want to stay connected to those in power. But we independents are sick and tired of these kinds of politicians and we look forward to the next election and sending a message to them: “it is not us that lack judgment, gentlemen”.

EXCLUSIVE REPORT- Blood on the hands of Liberty County Adult Probabtion

Liberty Dispatch has learned that Liberty County resident and accused murderer, Stevie Ray Walder was on probation from Harris County. We have learned that Liberty County adult probation was tasked with the reporting and ankle bracelet monitoring of Walder. Liberty County adult probation failed to execute the Harris County Court ankle monitoring order.

It is alleged that if Liberty County adult probation was preforming as ordered by the Harris County courts, the murder in question would not have occurred.

Liberty/Chambers County Adult Probation History

The Liberty-Chambers Counties Community Supervision and Corrections Department was originally organized in 1972 by the District Judge of the 75th Judicial District. The department was originally funded through a combination of Federal Grant Funds and local funds and was comprised of a probation officer and two clerical staff for both Liberty and Chambers Counties.

In 1974, the department was reorganized and staff was increased to a Chief Probation Officer, a probation officer and two clerical staff to serve these two counties. The department was again funded through Federal Grant Funds and local funds.

In 1977, the Texas Legislature created the Texas Adult Probation Commission (TAPC) as a separate agency charged with overseeing the Adult Probation Departments of the State of Texas. In May 1988, 110 of the 115 adult probation departments in Texas participated in programs supported by state funds distributed by the Texas Adult Probation Commission.

In 1989, the Texas Adult Probation Commission, the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC), and the Board of Pardons and Parole were combined by the Legislature into one agency - the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). Under this merger, the Texas Adult Probation Commission became the Community Justice Assistance Division (CJAD).

The department currently is considered an arm to the State as far as standards and guidelines are concerned, however, the department personnel are classified as county employees for payroll and retirement benefits. Funding is received from the state through grant procedures for specialized programs and through a per-capita basis for regular supervision. Approximately 60% of the operational funds are collected from probationers in the form of probation fees, program participant fees and other fees ordered by the court.

PRESS RELEASE: Mr. Mark Morefield for 75th Judicial District Judge

Mark Morefield, Candidate for District Judge, 75th Judicial District

After consulting with a number of people, I have committed to run for Judge of the 75th District Court to restore a conservative approach to the judicial business and affairs of the Court.

I have practiced law in Liberty and surrounding counties for thirty (30) years. During this time, I have represented and have come into contact with hundreds of persons who have entrusted their most important affairs to the criminal and civil courts of these counties. Over time, it has become apparent to me that more and more people are cynical about our criminal and civil justice system. Too many people believe that justice is not based upon the facts of their case or the law that applies to their case; but that justice depends more upon who you are, who you know, who you are related to or your so called status or lack of status in the community.

If this cynicism is based in fact, something is seriously wrong and must be changed.

If this cynicism is mis-perceived, the source of this mis-perception must be identified and corrected.

All citizens of Liberty County are entitled to a level playing field when they bring their most important affairs before a court.

I am pleased to join Judge Cain as a Republican candidate for District Judge. As District Judges, we will bring a conservative approach to the judicial process, will decide cases based only on their facts and the applicable law, and will thereby ensure that both Liberty County District Courts provide a level playing field for all citizens.

Long Time Republican Runs Against Questionable Democrat Official

Local Liberty attorney, Mr. Mark Morefield (R), is set to run as the Republican candidate for the 75th Judicial District Judge's position. The current office holder for the 75th Judicial Position is Carrol Thomas Hight (D). Allegations abound concerning the judicial misconduct, conspiracy, official misconduct, corruption and ethics violations concerning Carrol Thomas Hight and his father in law, Lester Ray Wisegerber.

Mr. Morefield brings tough, no nonsense conservative values and a strong ethic to the race for the 75th Judicial Position. His candidacy, like Tommy Chambers' (R) candidacy, brings new hope to Liberty County for an honest, open and ethical Liberty County.

Liberty Dispatch welcomes Mr. Morefield to the race and wishes him the best.

Judge Changes Party

By: Ray Akins, Contributor- 253rd District Court Judge, Chap Cain has changed from the Democrat Party to the Republican Party. Judge Cain finally recognizes the superior Republican Party values and supporting ideals. Liberty Dispatch appreciates the decision made by Judge Cain, accepts and welcomes him to the Republican Party.

REPUBLICAN PARTY BACKGROUND

The People's Party

It all started with people who opposed slavery. They were common, everyday people who bristled at the notion that men had any right to oppress their fellow man. In the early 1850’s, these anti-slavery activists found commonality with rugged individuals looking to settle in western lands, free of government charges. “Free soil, free labor, free speech, free men,” went the slogan. And it was thus in joint opposition to human enslavement and government tyranny that an enterprising people gave birth to the Republican Party.

In 1856, the Republicans became a national party by nominating John C. Fremont for President. Four years later, with the election of Abraham Lincoln in 1860, the Republicans firmly established themselves as a major political party. The name "Republican" was chosen because it alluded to equality and reminded individuals of Thomas Jefferson's Democratic-Republican Party.

All of Us Equal

In 1861, the Civil War erupted, lasting four grueling years. During the war, against the advice of his cabinet, President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation that freed the slaves. The Republicans of the day worked to pass the Thirteenth Amendment, which outlawed slavery; the Fourteenth Amendment, which guaranteed equal protection under the laws; and the Fifteenth, which helped secure voting rights for African-Americans. All of these accomplishments extended and cemented the fundamental freedoms our nation continues to enjoy today.

The Republican Party also played a leading role in securing women the right to vote. In 1896, the Republican Party was the first major political party to support women's suffrage. When the 19th Amendment finally was added to the Constitution, 26 of 36 state legislatures that had voted to ratify it were under Republican control. The first woman elected to Congress was a Republican, Jeanette Rankin from Montana in 1917. So it was by hardworking Republican hands that color and gender barriers were first demolished in America.

Free from Oppression

Republicans believe individuals, not government, can make the best decisions; all people are entitled to equal rights; and decisions are best made close to home. These basic principles are as true today as they were when the Party was founded. For all of the extraordinary leaders the Party has produced throughout its rich history, Republicans understand that everyday people in all 50 states and territories remain the heart and soul of our Party.

Presidents during most of the late nineteenth century and the early part of the twentieth century were Republicans. The White House was in Republican hands under Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, the United States won the Cold War, releasing millions from Communist oppression, in true anti-big government Republican spirit.

Elephants, Not Donkeys

The symbol of the Republican Party is the elephant. During the mid term elections in 1874, Democrats tried to scare voters into thinking President Ulysses S. Grant would seek to run for an unprecedented third term. Thomas Nast, a cartoonist for Harper's Weekly, depicted a Democratic donkey trying to scare a Republican elephant - and both symbols stuck. For a long time Republicans have been known as the "G.O.P." with party faithful believing it meant the "Grand Old Party." But apparently the original meaning (in 1875) was "gallant old party." When automobiles were invented it also came to mean, "get out and push." That's still a pretty good slogan for Republicans who depend every campaign year on the hard work of hundreds of thousands of everyday volunteers to get out and vote and push people to support the causes of the Republican Party.

Freedom Fighters

Abolition. Free speech. Women's suffrage. These were all causes the Republican Party, adopted early on. So, too, were reducing the size of government, streamlining bureaucracy, and returning power to individual states. With a core belief in the primacy of individuals, the Republican Party, since its inception, has been at the forefront of the fight for individuals' rights in opposition to a large, intrusive government.

CONGRATULATIONS FROM LIBERTY DISPATCH!

Marx-ism/Obama-ism?

My thoughts of why President Obama is pursuing a course of political self-destruction have finally been brought to bear on his source of personal energy and foundational beliefs.

The parallels between Barak Obama and Karl Marx are so distinct in nature that they cannot be denied or ignored.

Karl Marx led a life of anti-government, anti-establishment, anti-progress, anti-capitalist, anti-worker, and anti-anything that modern society (people) wanted to achieve on their own in an individualist way of life.

The Marxist theorems and ideologies are so ingrained in the Obama Presidency (transfer of wealth from capitalism to Marxism, Socialism, and Communism) that it is obvious that the goal of transitioning the United States from an economy based on capitalism to a socialist re-distributional way of life has to be the motivation behind the President’s socialist tendencies.

Karl Marx believed that industrial capitalism should be replaced with an economic system that is run by the workers themselves. He believed that people who worked for the [capitalist bourgeois] were doomed to a life of servitude and would never be able to achieve self-fulfillment.

My overall understanding of his revolutionist way of thinking was to overthrow all capitalism and replace it with a communal (communist) form of government.

The following is part of a Eulogy that friend and fellow communist theorist Friedrich Engels delivered at the death of Karl Marx.

From the Eulogy one can gain some understanding of the thinking and life of Mr. Marx.

It is my hope that President Obama does not have the opportunity to enter into his Transitional Plan for America without one hell of a political fight from the capitalist and conservatives who recognize and pursue the American Dream.

”For Marx was before all else a revolutionist. His real mission in life was to contribute, in one way or another, to the overthrow of capitalist society and of the state institutions which it had brought into being, to contribute to the liberation of the modern proletariat, which he was the first to make conscious of its own position and its needs, conscious of the conditions of its emancipation. Fighting was his element. And he fought with a passion, a tenacity and a success such as few could rival. His work on the first Rheinische Zeitung (1842), the Paris Vorwarts (1844), the Deutsche Brusseler Zeitung (1847), the Neue Rheinische Zeitung (1848-49), the New York Tribune (1852-61), and, in addition to these, a host of militant pamphlets, work in organisations in Paris, Brussels and London, and finally, crowning all, the formation of the great International Working Men's Association -- this was indeed an achievement of which its founder might well have been proud even if he had done nothing else.

And, consequently, Marx was the best hated and most calumniated man of his time. Governments, both absolutist and republican, deported him from their territories. Bourgeois, whether conservative or ultra-democratic, vied with one another in heaping slanders upon him. All this he brushed aside as though it were a cobweb, ignoring it, answering only when extreme necessity compelled him. And he died beloved, revered and mourned by millions of revolutionary fellow workers -- from the mines of Siberia to California, in all parts of Europe and America -- and I make bold to say that, though he may have had many opponents, he had hardly one personal enemy.”

Mike Parrish: Reappointed to Chief’s Position

Recently Mike Parrish, Former City of Daisetta Police Chief and Ex-Constable of Liberty County Precinct 2, was reappointed to the position of Police Chief of Daisetta Texas.

Mr. Parrish left the Commissioner PCT 2 position under a cloud of suspicion due to a letter that had surfaced on Dr. Phil’s webpage. Apparently his daughter had made some very alarming accusations about her relationship with Mr. Parrish.

Mr. Parrish’s reason for the quitting the Constable Position was reported to have been that he was pursuing a singing career. Apparently those plans fell through and he has had to return to his old job with the City of Daisetta.

It has been alleged that many Citizens within the City Limits of Daisetta were less than satisfied with Mr. Parrish’s previous performance as the department’s leader. It was also widely known that people in the surrounding areas had stopped traveling through Daisetta because of perceived over-zealous traffic stops and fines.

One would assume that the new Daisetta City Council would have taken this information into consideration before rehiring Mr. Parrish to such a politically explosive position.
Apparently the expectation of (CHANGE) that the people of Daisetta had for the new Council Members was not taken into account when this decision was made.

Many will view the re-cycling of old Democrats to the same old positions as an indicator that things will never (CHANGE) in Liberty County Politics.

It seems as though no matter how low the political position may be, the Liberty Count y Democrats will continue to appoint their good-ole boys to vacancies instead of seeking out new, qualified, and ethical candidates.

Congratulations Mayor Wells (D) for a job well done.

Candidate to run for Liberty County Court at Law Position

Liberty Dispatch has received information that Assistant County Attorney, Tommy Chambers (R) is running for Liberty County Court at Law position.

With Chambers running there is some hope that ethics and honesty may return to the Liberty County Courthouse.

It is yet to be seen whether the politically vulnerable position of Liberty County District Attorney, held by perceived corrupt Mike Little will be challenged. The 75th Judicial District Court position held by perceived vulnerable and corrupt sitting Judge, Carol Thomas Height is said to be unofficially challenged.

Liberty Dispatch wishes Mr. Tommy Chambers the best in his run for office.

The New Democrat Mega-Tax Health Reform

The Democrats are selling the new Health Care Law in terms of reducing the National Debt. They do not offer the how and why the deficit will be reduced. There is no discussion about how they are going to pay for Health Care and the Reduction of future debt that will supposedly result from placing this new financial burden on the American people.

It does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out how the new Government Health Care Law will be paid for and the alleged budget reductions that are being touted.

The money will come from higher taxes, period. This financial model will follow the government loans made to the financial institutions and their amazing ability to turn new profits and begin the process of paying back their federal loans. The government expectation was that it would take considerable time for the Banks to pay the money back.

How did the Lending Companies make such a quick turnaround? They were given the mandate to fix their financial plight. The lending companies went through a process of reevaluating the credit worthiness of their customers. This resulted in much higher interest for credit and a stronger scrutiny of the borrowers.

The Government Health Care Reform Model will follow the same line as the financial lending program. Tax Rates will be raised much the same as interest rates were raised by the lending institutions.

Nothing is free. American tax-payers are not stupid. They understand what will happen as demonstrated by the Tea Party Movement and the resurgence of Fiscal Conservatism.

Liberty County Federal Probe Deepens

The "liberal" media outlets in Liberty County are trying to contain news of a broadening federal investigation beyond FEMA. Factually, professionals with "Homeland Security" are primarily investigating FEMA fraud and crimes. The FEMA Fraud Task Force has been investigating Fitzgerald, Groce, Brown, Odell and others who have recently received a Federal Grand Jury notification letter. Conversely, the FBI and IRS have been quite interested and busy investigating the following:

1. Official misconduct in the Liberty County District Attorney's Office by Mike Little and assistant DA's.
2. Judicial misconduct by District Judge, Carol Thomas Hight.
3. Official misconduct by Liberty County Law Enforcement including Texas Ranger, Frank Huff and separately, Liberty County Sheriff, Henry Patterson.
4. Official misconduct by prior Liberty County Sheriff, Greg Arthur.
5. Investigations surrounding Federal Bankruptcy Fraud by Philip "Chip" Fairchild and his brother, Russell Fairchild. Including the destruction of official property documents in Delila Sellers office by Russell Fairchild.

Most of the investigations named are normally performed by the Texas Rangers, but the local Texas Ranger, Grover Franklin Huff is the subject of several investigations by the Texas Attorney General's office and the FBI for official misconduct.

Other investigations continue...

Patterson, Liberty County Sheriff

In 2008 Liberty Dispatch was very proactive in the promotion of Henry Patterson because he was the Republican challenger to then alleged corrupt Liberty County Sheriff, Greg Arthur. Last election, Liberty Dispatch and its supporters openly supported Liberty County Sheriff candidate, Henry Patterson and later Patterson was elected.

Fast forward to now... Unfortunately, Patterson acts a lot like Liberty County Chairman, Lester Ray Wisegerber when it comes to 'real' party allegiance and turns a blind eye to the corruption in Liberty County. Patterson seems to be fully engaged in protecting his own existence and has turned his back on those who have helped elect him.

As of this date, because of the above reasons, Patterson appears to only be a one term Sheriff. Unless something changes, Liberty Dispatch and it's supporters can no longer support this Sheriff and looks forward to a replacement candidate in the 2012 election.

Henry Patterson should resign and place Chief, James Cooper in his stead. Chief, James Cooper is a man of great integrity and honesty. Chief position should then be filled by Kenny Dagle.

No vote list, candidates who are alleged corrupt or other:

Liberty County District Attorney, Mike (protect my buddies, selective prosecution) Little
Liberty County 75th District Judge, Carol Thomas Height
Liberty County Republican Chairman, Lester Ray Wisegerber
Liberty County Tax Assessor, Mark McClelland
Liberty County Sheriff, Henry Patterson (2012)
Liberty County Pct. 4 Commissioner, Norman (Pothole) Brown
Liberty County Pct. 1 Commissioner, Todd (Viva Las Vegas) Fontenot
Liberty County Pct. 2 Constable, Juan (domestic violence) Alfaro
Liberty County Pct. 2 Constable, Les Hulsey
Liberty County Pct. 2 Commissioner, Lee Groce
Liberty County Judge, Phil Fitzgerald
Liberty County Pct. 3 Justice of the Peace, Cody Parrish

This list is subject to change and will be updated.

Letter to editor

Dear Editor,
Eight years ago I swore off voting for these local Democrats. Before that I kept believing their sales pitch about "the party doesn't matter", but I noticed a great many questions surrounded this group of people. So my wife and I vowed to always either vote for the Republican or not vote at all in our effort to stop what has gone on for years.
But this year my wife and I both noticed that some of these people have seen that the Republican party has a great deal more power in the state and, even all of a sudden are considering claiming they are Republicans. Now we are concerned that the corrupt people we wanted out of office are going to just switch parties.
In the last eight years I have become more partisan and agree with almost all of what Republicans say they believe but if we can't beat these people in the primaries we are just transferring sorry corrupt Democrats over to our side so we can say we won.
I say all of that to ask you again to please consider running for Republican Party Chairman. If you will not. If you feel you are too much of a lightning rod then please find someone that will appeal to us all. Not a party chairman who doesn't care about promoting the party and beating Democrats or not someone like you who is willing to play hardball to end all of the years of corruption. If you wont run, point me to someone you can stomach, but someone reasonable people on the other side can support.
Respectfully,
Your Old "run Ray Run" Friend

Brand- New Candidate Press Release

Liberty County has always been a great place to live. I will do my best to make it better. Liberty County has not been hit with the population boom that other counties surrounding Harris County have. I believe that this will change in the near future. Liberty County will continue to grow.

The growth that we have seen in the past hasn’t been the kind we want. Growth in corruption and crime has increased in Liberty County. For many years our local government leaders have been mostly concerned about their own interest, not the people of Liberty County. In the northern part crime has increased. You can’t lock your doors and assume your home is safe anymore. With the downfall of our economy, more and more individuals are turning to crime.

As commissioner of precinct 2, I will work with the Sheriff’s department to bring down the crime rate. I believe in protecting the good citizens of Liberty County. I will insist that we increase the presence of deputies in the northern part of the county. Highway 146 North and other rural roads have become speedways. This needs to stop.

As Commissioner, I will do everything possible to attract businesses that can provide our citizens with good paying jobs. I am one of many that live in Precinct 2 that drive to Beaumont and Houston everyday to make a sustainable living. I will represent the entire precinct, with special attention to each individual area. I want to make Liberty County a better and safer place to live. I need your help to make this happen.

If you would like to learn more about me or my plans for Liberty County go to: www.marcusbrand.com

Sincerely,

Marcus Brand

More Retaliation against Local Liberty County Citizen

Weldon “Buddy” Alders, property owner and Liberty County subdivision developer has been fined and assessed penalties by the TCEQ for alleged violations. The public consensus is that Buddy has become a target of Liberty County Pct. 4 Commissioner, Norman Brown and cohorts. Recent political turncoat, Norman Brown has allegedly gone after Alders for not paying off Brown and others. This action by Brown and others is yet another example of the rampant corruption in Liberty County and the common retaliation by the good ole boy network. Most of the politicians in Liberty County will not trust each other as far as they can throw one another- but will join forces when it comes to retaliation against a common political enemy. In the end, Alders will be found innocent of the allegations against him and the corrupt element will have tightened the rope around their necks a little tighter. Buddy has contributed to the community by helped many people own a home who would otherwise not be able to realize home and land ownership.

LIBERTY COUNTY- Dagle Resigns

Mrs. Kathy Dagle resigned as board member of the Liberty Hospital Taxing District. Mrs. Dagle was the only honest and respected member of the Hospital District who kept the original mission of the Hospital District in focus. Bruce Stratton and others have used the Liberty Hospital Taxing District for personal power gain and illegal expansion of the taxing entity.

The Liberty Hospital Taxing District has illegally schemed a way to transfer collected taxes into an illegally formed LLC and Corporation- to funnel tax money into TI Group Hospital Management, an alleged corrupt foreign Malaysian Government owned entity.

Mrs. Dagle was the figure which brought what respectability the Hospital District retained. For years Mrs. Dagle struggled as a board member of a totally dysfunctional and corrupt taxing entity. Her hard work and principles will not be forgotten...

The Wheels of Justice Move Slowly

We have received many e-mails regarding the investigation of possible wrongdoing by Chambers County officials involving FEMA clean-up contracts, disaster relief related contracts. We have now learned that some high ranking county officials made false allegations against private relief organizations in an attempt to divert attention away from themselves. We can assure the public that our sources tell us the investigation is ongoing and widening. We have been told that Chambers County is doing everything in its power to stall, thwart and delay any efforts to look into these alleged activities.

As in any public corruption case, the general public can play a vital role by coming forward and giving authorities leads that will help them move the investigation along. Especially needed in this case is any information showing the parties who were involved and who directly contracted to do the work. This would especially include anyone who was used to secret the real owner's of the equipment used, specifically in Chambers County where it is alleged that county officials used others to shield their ownership of equipment used. Our sources tell us some used their children or other relatives and created fictitious companies to secret their involvement.

The latest shocking allegation is that Chambers County, working in concert with Theresa Barrett of the Anahuac Progress, conspired to defame and make slanderous allegations against a local religious organization in order to take the spotlight off themselves. This is a cowardly act and, if proven, those involved should be made to pay for their disgusting actions.

This story will go on for some time and we will continue to report as things unfold.

Republican Commissioner Candidate, Marcus Brand- Press Release

The overwhelming positive responses I have received has humbled me. Thank you to family, friends, and people I have yet to personally meet. In these trying times a person needs all the support he or she may receive.

I would like to give my reason for running for Commissioner, Pct. 2. I believe in the past, politicians have acted above reproach. I am not perfect, no one is, and it is not humanly possible to always make the right decisions alone. That is why, if elected, I will rely on the citizens of Precinct 2 to do the right thing and let their voices be heard. I will always listen to their concerns and be their humble servant. Representation of the people seems to be meaningless in our government today. It should be the most important factor. I will work tirelessly for the residents of Liberty County. I will always answer or return all phone calls, e-mails, etc. from my constituents. Your voices will be heard. I plan to hold public meetings to discuss issues and concerns important to the people I represent. I will be a hands-on official. No issue or job will be too small that I am not personally involved.

Sincerely,

Marcus Brand

Palin Slams Obama for Bowing

By: David Patten

In an exclusive Newsmax interview, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Tuesday sharply criticized President Obama's deep bow to the emperor of Japan, and charged Democrats are 'purposefully' holding back details on their health care reform proposals from the American people to avoid an open debate.

On tour promoting her bestselling book, “Going Rogue: An American Life,” the former Alaska governor also told Newsmax she was so embarrassed by a Newsweek magazine cover depicting her in short running shorts that she sent an e-mail to her family saying "I almost feel like I have to apologize."

Palin compared Obama's comportment in bowing to Japanese royalty to the leadership style of former President Ronald Reagan.

"There is where his steel spine strengthened our entire nation," she said of the Republican icon. "The leadership he provided, where he allowed us to believe in ourselves as a superpower – not in an abusive way as a superpower, but as a power and a light and a hope for the rest of the world.

“That allowed us to be a healthier, safer, and more generous nation to help other nations. So those things that Ronald Reagan did … he said on national security issues, he said you know: 'We win. They lose.' Leadership like that we need today. [It] allows a very clear path in front of us we'd be foolish not to follow."

In criticizing the bow, Palin contrasted Reagan's view of American exceptionalism with President Obama's efforts to cast America as but one member of the community of nations.

"That [bow] made me and many of us uncomfortable, and I don't think it was just an accidental breach of protocol, because we've seen it before with one of the Saudi leaders too," Palin tells Newsmax. "I think it goes along with that same mode of operation that was apologizing for who America is. In order to build relationships with other countries and strengthen our allies and allow more alliances across the globe, we don't need to apologize for who we are. In fact, I think we would be respected to an even greater degree if we exerted more of the diplomatic power that, again, Ronald Reagan did."

Palin, who was a lightning rod for criticism during the presidential campaign, warned that America is in "a dangerous place economically" because Congress is debating health care reforms that would affect up to one-sixth of the U.S. economy, without keeping the public informed about exactly what provisions are being proposed. And she doesn't think that void of information is accidental, either.

Personal Note: I have been persecuted by the RINOs, corrupt Democrat element, Wisegerber's friends, and his relatives in the Liberty County Courthouse for being vocal... But, as I have done my whole life as a Republican, I stand true to my party and platform...

New Local Democrat Candidate Drops Out - Turncoat - Retaliation

Local Liberty Democrat candidate, Frank Jordan, who was set to run for Liberty County Judge, has backed out of the running after his formation of campaign treasurer several days ago. The allegations are that Jordan's business dealings became the subject of attention after Jordan came up on the proverbial radar. In addition, it is said that Jordan was not "blessed" by the local Liberty County corrupt Democrat element. Jordan was advised that it was in his best interest not to run because Democrat leaders have other Democrat candidates handpicked to run. The continued "Democrat curse" seemingly continues to befall the Liberty County Democrat Party.

Likewise, the "Republican curse" still haunts the local Republican Party because of the party Chairman, Lester Ray Wisegerber. His fake smiling face hides the truth about his careless attitude towards our Republican party. His demeanor is reflective of a time that has come and gone, along with the resulting damage to our party in Washington and locally for many years past. If our party is to survive, we need to rid our party of RINOS and people who use our party for their own means, without regard for the party platform and ideals. A classic example of this selfish motivation is the recent Democrat turncoat, Norman Brown...best friend of the Liberty County Republican Chairman, Lester Ray Wisegerber, and proposed Liberty County Republican Vice Chair/President. The cancer of corruption has infiltrated the Liberty County Republican Party through Wisegerber and now, Norman Brown, each almost a century old.

Lester Ray Wisegerber doesn't appear strong enough to fight his own battles, as shown by his choice to retaliate against his political enemies through his District Judge son-in-law and the Liberty County DA. The wheels of history have been set in motion, his weakness, corruption and influence peddling... that will be his legacy.

It's funny how Wisegerber and Brown don't think party affiliations mean anything until its time for a power grab. As outrageous as it sounds, listen to the Liberty County Republican chair talk down his own party. Lester Ray Wisegerber is heard in the recording telling the person he is talking to... that a "D" and/or an "R" in front of your name means nothing and that people who that means something to are "crazy". Its "crazy" unless you want to make a power grab. Wisegerber, you just don't get it, the PARTY CHAIR of a county is the FIRST to promote his party. If he isn't there to promote his party, what is the REAL reason he is in that position???

Listen here...

With those who are corrupt in our local and national political scene, party and change means everything.

How to: IRS TAX EVASION 101

IHHC (Immanuel Home Health Care) of Baytown, Texas was levied by the IRS back in May of 2008 for tax fraud dating back to 2003. In an apparent attempt to defraud the IRS out of over four million dollars in owed taxes, IHHC Director Karie Spell of Mont Belvieu/Baytown, Texas and Bob Palmarez of College Station, Texas and Klint Bush of Hardin, Texas changed and transferred all IHHC assets namely, “DBA Signature Health Services” into their own names. IHHC had originally owned the DBA "Signature Health Services" since 08/14/2003.

Back in May of 2008, Karie Spell and Bob Palmarez fraudulently signed and filed documents with TDADS (Texas Department of Aging) that- 1. Robert Palmarez didn’t have a criminal record, 2. Robert Palmarez and Karie Spell were owners of DBA “Signature Health Care“ when in fact IHHC is the owner of DBA “Signature Health Services”. The subject TDADS fraudulent filings were notarized by Klint Bush. Court records, affidavits and documents filed with the State of Texas show that the owner of IHHC and its DBA’s were 'in fact' IHHC- until the IRS initiated collection actions. IHHC Directors, Karie Spell and Bob Palmarez filed fraudulent documents over 22 times with the State of Texas and Harris County DBA records (see below) to evade the IRS. Karie Spell's and Klint Bush’s names and signatures are all over the documents with TDADS, Harris County DBA and affidavits filed in Liberty County Courts, a Liberty County Grand Jury and Harris County court documents. Collectively, these 22 documents filed constitute 22 counts of “filing of a false government document” which were designed with intent to harm/defraud IHHC and stockholders.

The sum of the fraudulent documents signed by Spell/Palmarez and notarized by Klint Bush were done so within only a few days after the 2008 IRS levy. The actions of Spell, Palmarez and Bush were taken so that the IRS would pursue IHHC while the fraudulent activity and tax evasion could continue under the DBA, “Signature Health Services”. IRS has filed garnishments and levies against IHHC but doesn't realize they and the taxpayers have been duped via more fraud by Karie Spell, Bob Palmarez and Klint Bush. Additionally, Spell and Bush have made false statements to a Liberty County Grand Jury, law enforcement and prosecutors.

How to beat the IRS and Make Millions: Through the use of a simple DBA fraud, Karie Spell and Robert Palmarez have eluded the IRS and been able to receive over $100,000.00 into their bank accounts just in the past week. This fraud is only able to exist via the use of the IHHC 'E.I.N. number' and funds directed from Medicare and Palmetto GBA medicare payment provider. All this while Spell and Palmarez laugh at the IRS, The State of Texas, Harris County and Liberty County. The fraudulent tainted money they have received has knowingly been accepted by their attorney, John Stewart Fason, for legal fees since July 2007. It's interesting to note, John Fason has used court documents to help Spell and Palmarez perpetrate tax fraud against the IRS, but has kept his name off of filed state forms, effectively setting the fraudsters up for a fall he can walk away from. Its alleged that Karie Spell and Robert Palmarez are part of a group known and associated with the Irwin Schiff's tax protest group. Spell, Bush and Palmarez have a long history of problems with the evasion of taxes dating back into the 90's. Investigators also believe Karie Spell, Palmarez's and Klint Bush are in the process of transferring or selling the patients used or held by Signature Health Services.

The Noose: Because Karie Spell and Robert Palmarez have transferred the company into their names via a DBA, they have sealed their fate. Whatever money and joy they may have obtained will be short lived due to the fact they have effectively assumed all IRS liability and exposed or proven themselves as tax evaders due to their deliberate acts.

Update:
An investigator for the IRS states that "Signature Health Services" directors and employees more than likely will have to return monies paid to them by "Signature". The money paid to employees for the past two years will be levied and collected from the "Signature" employees to help pay the mounting tax fraud of over four million dollars.

By now you might ask why the IRS would allow this tax fraud to continue? That is a very good question which should be directed toward IRS (C.I.) Investigators.

Additional note:

Klint Bush of Hardin, Texas has run a candle making business out of the back of his Liberty Texas family businesses- 1st. Dollar store and then, 2nd. Party Store located in Liberty, Texas in an attempt to hide income from the IRS. He and his family have also run a concrete figurines business out of their back yard in Hardin, Texas under the IRS radar.

Dear Editor,

I am retired and a long time conservative and local taxpayer. I have observed local politics and local politicians for years and years ago was excited to see someone stand up and run on principle as a Republican. I helped Judge Prater back in the day and was proud when people in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s began to proclaim that they “ were not leaving the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party had left them.” That was so true back then when almost every true conservative in Texas began to bail out of a left turning Democratic Party. Governor John Connally, Senator Phil Gramm, Rick Perry, etc. etc. etc. I gave a little money and put up a few signs for some of those men and Judge Prater.

I was very disappointed that very few people joined the Judge here in Liberty County at that time. Some said they were Republicans at heart but they would have to run in the Democratic Party to win. But I was glad to see the Republican Party in Liberty County began to field candidates to run against incumbents. When people like Bob Rader decided to run as a Republican over in Liberty, I admired their consistency and their integrity in running in the party that had their principles instead of just trying to win anyway they could.

I am writing to you sir because I now see the kind of stuff that really makes politicians have the bad reputation they have. Democratic Commissioner, my commissioner, Norman Brown is announcing he is switching parties and saying what men (real men) said THIRTY YEARS ago, “I am not leaving the Democratic Party, they left me”. Brown is nearly eighty years old and he knew what the Democratic Party was three years ago and he chose to run as one of them. In fact I have heard him extol the “many virtues” of his party. He has been proud of his party affiliation. Nothing has changed in that party in the last three years. The party changed over a quarter of a century ago. If someone wants to change parties, that is fine. But this is a phony politician making a phony claim. Brown saw his party rejected in the last election and he is changing parties for personal gain, not because of the bogus reasons he gave.

True conservatives better get ready and sign up candidates to run against people like this in the Republican primary unless they believe a leopard can change his spots.

Kill the messenger...

The Obama Whitehouse has steadily been harassing Fox News since Obama was sworn in as president. Recently the Obama Whitehouse has sought to ban Fox News from covering US Government events. Washington sources close to Liberty Dispatch affirm; the current administration operatives have been involved in opposition research against employees of Fox News.

Cleveland Advocate Editor, Vanesa Brashier and KTRK News Investigator, Wayne Dolcefino, have been harassed, threatened and, in Dolcefino's case, even prosecuted for their roles in investigating and disseminating the news.

Like Fox News, Liberty Dispatch and Ray Akins have been continually investigated, persecuted and harassed by Liberty County officials, all for retaliation related to exposing Liberty County official corruption. Judges, prosecutors, party leaders and others have conspired to harass and silence Liberty Dispatch and it's news providers. A 'kill the messenger' and 'retaliatory mentality' exists among public officials in Liberty County and the Obama administration.

With corrupt prosecutors and judges administering justice in Liberty County, it's anyone's guess as to how and where the corruption will end. One thing is for sure, the battle lines have been drawn and the investigations will 'never end' until those corrupt officials are imprisoned, sued and/or ousted from public office.

The corrupt continue their bid to 'kill the messenger' - the battle continues with no end in sight.

I'll Get You My Pretty

The investigation into alleged wrongdoing by Chambers County elected officials continues. As we investigate Chambers County corruption, we have received numerous threats from 'anonymous' individuals. We are also investigating allegations that a Chambers County elected official and Anahuac Progress Editor Theresa Barrett conspired to make false complaints against a non-profit organization in an effort to secret guilt. This type of treachery against front line relief workers is unforgivable and the FBI should intervene immediately.

The alliance between Ms. Barrett and County Judge Jimmy Silvia is well documented. We have seen numerous threatening emails Ms. Barrett has sent to various individuals and in each case the County Judge was copied. Obviously Ms. Barrett is working in consort with Silvia to influence, peddle, extort and/or bribe individuals. The media working in concert with government officials can only remind us of the dark days of the former Soviet Union. We are going to deepen our investigation and eventually get to the bottom of Chambers' County corruption.

Attorneys have been retained to investigate Barrett's ties, alleged criminal and tortuous conduct in Chambers County with a possible criminal and civil referral.

Although we have seen angry outbursts from Barrett and Chambers County officials, why haven't we seen the documents that would prove these allegations false? An old lawyer saying is "if you can't argue the facts then just pound the table".

"Teflon" Phil- Fitzgerald (1), Liberty County (0).

Courtesy HCN Online:

At Monday’s hearing regarding the Jessica Vickery Irrevocable Trust, 75th District Court Judge, the Honorable C.T. “Rusty” Hight, removed Liberty County Judge Phil Fitzgerald as trustee.

Fitzgerald had sought to remain as trustee even though the beneficiary of the trust, Jessica Vickery, the daughter of Glenn Vickery and Helen Green, had asked for his removal. The young woman’s parents were split on who should act as trustee of the estate. Glenn Vickery was in support of Phil Fitzgerald and Green and her daughter had asked that First Liberty National Bank be appointed the trustee.

As he announced his ruling, Hight admitted that he could not remove Glenn Vickery’s ability to name a trustee; however, he ruled that Glenn Vickery and Green must jointly name another trustee. If an agreement cannot be reached, First Liberty National Bank will be appointed.

The other terms of the ruling are that Vickery must pay his daughter’s trust in the amount of $75,000 for lease payments that were never made and $38,000 in back taxes. Vickery was, however, given a $25,000 credit for lease payments due to the money he spent on a drainage project, which was performed by Fitzgerald’s Hard Rock Construction Company."

It seems Liberty County Judge, Carrol Thomas Hight wants the Liberty National Bank to manage the Vickery trust like they are managing the phantom Liberty Hospital District corporation. This is an obvious attempt by Judge Hight to reward Liberty National Bank because of its bail out of the Liberty Hospital District. Liberty County residents should think twice before opening an account at the Liberty National Bank or keeping an account there.

Phil Fitzgerald really lost nothing in this court battle and Judge Hight effectively blessed Fitzgerald with no worries. Judge Hight gave the real win to Fitzgerald after Fitzgerald made millions from the county and the Vickery Trust.

Haunted Liberty County- The Curse

The Haunted: As Halloween nears, ghoulish thoughts of public official corruption haunt Liberty County. The continual stream of evil, corrupt acts and political, selective prosecutions by Judges and prosecutors are reminiscent of the Salem ‘witch trials’. Liberty County Officials choose to persecute those who speak out just like the 'crucible' and Salem ‘witch trials’.

Excerpt from the Salem Witch Museum website:

In June of 1692, the special Court of Oyer (to hear) and Terminer (to decide) sat in Salem to hear the cases of witchcraft. Presided over by Chief Justice William Stoughton, the court was made up of magistrates and jurors. The first to be tried was Bridget Bishop of Salem who was found guilty and was hanged on June 10. Thirteen women and five men from all stations of life followed her to the gallows on three successive hanging days before the court was disbanded by Governor William Phipps in October of that year. The Superior Court of Judicature, formed to replace the "witchcraft" court, did not allow spectral evidence. This belief in the power of the accused to use their invisible shapes or spectres to torture their victims had sealed the fates of those tried by the Court of Oyer and Terminer. The new court released those awaiting trial and pardoned those awaiting execution. In effect, the Salem witch trials were over.

As years passed, apologies were offered, and restitution was made to the victims' families. Historians and sociologists have examined this most complex episode in our history so that we may understand the issues of that time and apply our understanding to our own society. The parallels between the Salem witch trials and more modern examples of "witch hunting" like the McCarthy hearings of the 1950's, are remarkable.

The Witch Hunt: Like the Salem 'burning times', evil Liberty County judicial elements persecute its political and personal enemies though "witch hunting". The continued ongoing "witch hunt" is a way for those who are in power to control those who are “not” in power- with civil and mostly trumped-up criminal prosecutions.

The Scapegoats: Judges and the Liberty County District Attorney (Mike Little) have persecuted many for political reasons, personal reasons and fear of the truth being made public. It brings to mind a befitting saying posted at the entry to the Salem Witch Museum, "fear + trigger = scapegoat".

The Curse: The actions of corrupt officials in Liberty County lend themselves to those same corrupt officials cursing themselves by their own actions, effectively binding themselves to a curse. Additionally, the people of Liberty County who have not acted to remove those who are corrupt have effectually cursed themselves and future generations.

The Liberty County curse continues...

LETTER: Hurricane Ike Economic Stimulus For Liberty and Chambers County Elected Officials

Dear Liberty Dispatch,

As the investigation into the actions of both Liberty and Chambers County elected officials continues we see that without a doubt both County Judge's and possibly other elected officials clearly took advantage of their fiduciary positions by handing out the post hurricane cleaning contracts to their friends, relatives and political supporters. This is a very bad outcome for the very people these men were elected to serve. Their actions should lead FEMA officials to look into the way their money is distributed after disasters. If these men and others are eventually indicted, prosecutors should take into consideration the fact these men put their own selfish greed above the interests of the people they were sworn to serve.

The arrogant excuse they were just trying to keep the work local will not stand. It is an absolute shame that the privileged few profited from this storm while many still suffer with their housing needs and economic losses.

Taxpayers and voters should demand justice in this matter. We realize that everyone is innocent until proven guilty but the public deserves to know the truth about what happened.

If you have any information that will help in the investigation of these officials please contact the FBI, the Texas Attorney General's office, Liberty Dispatch, HCN and/or Wayne Dolcefino.

Liberty County Hospital (Taxing) District Goes Into The Hospital Business

In an apparent fraud, C. Bruce Stratton and company have created a private hospital corporation. This newly formed fraud has been created as a 'pass through' for taxpayer-collected monies to be siphoned up. The Liberty County Hospital District is not chartered to be in the hospital ownership or operations business, yet another swindle on taxpayers.

Sources close to LD state some Liberty County Hospital District members have lied on state and federal forms to illegally transfer the state hospital license.

Its is also alleged that Frontier Medical Group was extorted out of Liberty by Liberty County District Attorney, Mike Little with threats of criminal action against key persons at Frontier Corporation.

This newly formed ownership by the county hospital district is fraudulent from its inception through to its licensing. Illegal documents have also been filed with Medicare and Medicaid in order to acquire federal funds.

The activities of the Liberty Hospital District and cohorts are another example of the continuing corrupt local government activities in Liberty County.

Along with increased taxes for a sham hospital district, Liberty County taxpayers can expect to pay for anyone and everyone treated- the typical liberal/democrat agenda. The Liberty County Hospital District is not waiting for Obama to give away health care at taxpayers’ expense; they are doing it right now in Liberty County Texas.

Democrat=more government and higher taxes, not less...

MUSLIMS DONT SALUTE THE US FLAG

Republican Hopefuls in Upcoming 2010 Election

Allegations of extreme corruption have been leveled against Liberty County judges, the district attorney's office, law enforcement and commissioners. The allegations include judicial misconduct, selective prosecution, official misconduct, retaliation, witness tampering, malicious prosecution, influence peddling, bribes, extortion and conspiracy.

Liberty Dispatch has learned that several local attorneys are planning to take advantage of the negative political climate in Liberty, Texas, regarding the upcoming election. The offices of judge's, prosecutor, and commissioners should be a 'shoe in' for 'new' Republican candidates.

The only Republican issue that will cause the Republican candidates problems is the local chairperson of the party, Lester Ray Wisegerber. Liberty County Chairperson Wisegerber has publicly destroyed anyone who has run against him, his friends or any of his family members. In addition, Wisegerber uses his personal influence with his son in law, District Judge, (D) CT Hight, to harm and, if given the chance, persecute those same people...even within his own party. See the Akin's case as an ongoing example!

Any candidate who runs as a Republican in Liberty County should distance themselves from Wisegerber at all cost.

Additionally, excluding Wisegerber, the upcoming election should be a boom for the Liberty County Republicans due to the Obama backlash.

Liberty Dispatch has been 'the' driving force in getting Republicans elected since 2006. Wisegerber has unjustly ridden on the coattails of Liberty Dispatch's work, and no credit for local Republican wins should be given to him.

Chambers County Under The Microscope

Liberty Dispatch has received information indicating an ongoing investigation into the manner that FEMA contracts were handled by Judge Jimmy Sylvia and other members of the Chambers County Commissioner's Court. The allegations center around the actions of Judge Sylvia and at least two Commissioners, a Justice of the Peace and a Constable. The basis of the allegations are that Judge Sylvia and the other elected officials awarded FEMA clean-up contracts to businesses that were set up under their children's names. Sources close to Liberty Dispatch indicate that open records requests have been made to determine the validity of these claims, but Chambers County thus far has refused to release the information requested.

In the last two hours several tips have been received from concerned citizens that a local pharmacy owner was set up in the clean-up business after receiving one of the FEMA contracts. We have also been made aware of the possibility that some of the elected County Officials have become silent partners with an Oak Island businessman who is building a large marina complex. Specifically, it is alleged that ill gotten FEMA funds are attempting to be laundered through this commercial venture which will be in direct competition with several other small businesses that are currently operating in Oak Island. It should also be noted the Chambers County Commissioners Court has already awarded significant tax abatements to the businessman building the new Oak Island complex.

Although the investigations in Chambers County might come as a relief to Liberty County officials, any perceived relief would be severally misplaced as Liberty County is still under investigation by almost every Federal and State policing entity.

We will have further information on this story as details become available.

EXCLUSIVE: Chambers County Officials Refuse Open Records Act Request.

In a move to block news investigations of alleged FEMA fraud, Chambers County Texas officials have intentionally ignored multiple Texas Open Records Act request. There is an alleged conspiracy between multiple Chambers County Officials to hide information and evidence of extreme financial fraud and tax evasion.

We will post a story later- naming names of Chambers County Officials allegedly involved in a scheme to defraud FEMA and the IRS.

The Obama and Liberty County Health Plans- Let the Celebs Speak for Them

Liberty County DA, Mike Little - Political Suicide?

Has Liberty County District Attorney, Mike Little, made the smartest strategic move of his tawdry career or has he just signed his political death warrant?

On September 28, an Appearance Form filed in the Harrelson appeal (attached) shows that the Liberty County DA’s office has removed itself as Steve Swan’s attorneys. Mike Little and his underling, Michael Mark, who have so fanatically fought to keep the wrong from being righted in Harrelson’s case, have now turned over the reins of this case to one Mr. Joseph Peter Corcoran with the Attorney General’s Office! This can only be seen as an admission of the incompetence of the Liberty County DA’s office. Our research has shown that never before in the reign of terror with Mike Little has a case that he has selectively chosen to prosecute gone this far in the process of being turned over. Just a few weeks ago, the 5th Circuit Court in New Orleans requested briefs in Harrelson’s case (attached). Little has known from the beginning that Harrelson was not guilty of the crimes that he indicted her for, but he had just lost the Toby Wilburn case and he felt that, politically, he needed a “win”. Because of this, the request for briefs caused Little’s office to panic, which ultimately appears to have resulted in Mr. Corcoran’s assignment.

Smart move on Little’s part? We don’t think so. Mike Little has obstructed Harrelson’s appeal every step along the way as the appeal bounced to Beaumont, then to Austin, and back to Beaumont. Somehow it appears that Little managed to either influence or threaten judges and their staff to issue rulings that did not even come close to following the law. We can only hope that the recent ruling from New Orleans shows that they are beyond the reach of the infected arm of Mike Little.

Back on February 2, 2006, Mike Little tampered with a governmental document when he added unnecessary information to the Harrelson judgment, talked visiting Judge David Walker into signing the tampered with document and then proceeded to file it with the court. It is interesting to note here that tampering with a governmental document is EXACTLY what Little maliciously prosecuted Harrelson for.

Political Death warrant? Here we can agree that Mike Little will finally learn what it is to be prosecuted for breaking the law. When he flagrantly tampered with Harrelson’s judgment, Little aligned himself with every criminal he has ever prosecuted. With that overtly brazen action, he became a criminal who will, ultimately, be punished to the full extent of the law. As Mr. Joseph Peter Corcoran with the Attorney General’s Office begins to read the documents associated with Harrelson’s case, we believe he will see the crime perpetrated by Mike Little and will have no choice but to prosecute him for his actions.

When did Mike Little’s criminal activities begin? We are not sure of that date, but we are totally convinced that Mike Little is nothing more than a common criminal whose office has given him the cover to carry out his crimes. The time has come to stop Mike Little, Michael Mark, Joe Warren and the other players in the Liberty County District Attorney’s office from attacking, prosecuting and condemning innocent people in Liberty County. It boggles the mind to even begin to try to establish the number of malicious, vengeful, selective prosecutions by Little’s office that have resulted in wrongful convictions. The amount of money wasted could be in the millions.

And now we add to that figure when Little admits that his office does not have the knowledge or experience to handle an appeal and they have to hire an outside attorney to do the job that Little and his office are paid to do.

WHEN WILL THIS INSANITY STOP? It is time for the public to raise up its angry head and DEMAND that Mike Little be removed from office and prosecuted before he can destroy any more lives.

Don't Kill The Messenger!

Liberty Dispatch has received information, which indicates the FBI (professionals) have recently questioned Liberty County Commissioners concerning their connection to FEMA fraud and other possible official misconduct.

Informants to Liberty Dispatch have alleged those connected to Liberty County Judge, Phil Fitzgerald have been attempting to intimidate Cleveland Advocate/Dayton News/Eastex Advocate News Editor, Vanesa Brashier and District Judge, Honorable Chap Cain. The intimidation has come in the form of comments calling on the hopeful demise and alleged possible financial reward for the same. Those threatened have contacted authorities concerning the perceived threats and innuendo. It is believed the threats have initiated because of probable indictments against Liberty County Judge, Phil Fitzgerald and others, which are believed to be imminent.

The refusal of Liberty County Law Enforcement (sic- Ranger, Frank Huff) to investigate the charges against Liberty County Commissioners/County Judge- along with the Liberty County District Attorney’s office (sic- DA, Mike Little) failure to pursue charges, are clearly criminal acts of official misconduct and selective prosecution.

Liberty County voters will clearly be challenged during the upcoming election to clean house in one of the most corrupt courthouses in the State of Texas. Political challengers, who run against those 'ingrained' in the corrupt Liberty County Courthouse, will have an easy time with a historical sweeping change.

China Celebrates 60 Years of Communism

Above, pictures of Chinese Nuclear Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, ICBM- Range 3500 Miles Plus

Today, October 1, 2009- the Chinese are celebrating the 60th year of established communism. The founding day of the People's Republic of China was October 1, 1949.

With pomp and circumstance, the PRC paraded its best tools of mass destruction, mostly funded by USA commerce.

Next time you start to purchase something marked, "Made in China" - remember these photos.
