It is time for Mark Meadows and the Freedom Caucus to invoke the Rule. It is time for a motion to vacate the chair and remove Speaker of the House Paul Ryan. Mark Meadow used this rule to effectively remove John Boehner as the Speaker of the House in 2015. John Boehner seeing the hand writing on the Political Wall....RESIGNED!
The Freedom Caucus should used the same tactic on Paul Ryan. He has become an ineffective leader and should be replaced.
