HCN: "The Office of Liberty County District Attorney Mike Little has issued a county-wide invitation to attend the candlelight vigil for crime victims and child abuse victims which will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty Center, City of Liberty Municipal Complex, 1829 Sam Houston Ave., Liberty, Texas.
The Liberty County District Attorney’s Office, the Liberty County Attorney’s Office, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Bridgehaven Children’s Advocacy Center, BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse), MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), and New Horizon Family Center are co-sponsoring the vigil.
The purpose of the vigil is to help the public honor victims of crime, their families and those who serve them and to alert the public to the realities of crime, and express hope for a less violent future.
The vigil is a part of the local observance of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, which is scheduled for the week of April 10 to April 16, 2011.
The theme of Crime Victims’ Rights Week this year is “Reshaping the Future, Honoring the Past.”
The reality of what going on here is Liberty County DA, Mike Little trying to make political hay of the young girl in Cleveland Texas he an Texas Ranger allowed to be sexually raped and exploited- over and over again.
Mike Little has used his connections with Bridgehaven child advocacy to include multiple other community crime victim groups.
Liberty Dispatch has learned that Mike Little has contacted the national media promoting his shameless self promotion and re-election bid through this event.
Liberty Dispatch wonders if all the victims of Mike Little's sexual assault and selective prosecution will be honored in this tainted crime vigil.
This crime vigil would be a great showing of victims rights but for the fecal aroma that Liberty County DA, Mike Little and his office brings.

my kids went to bridgehaven's counseling and my older daughter told the counselor of sexual abuse and thier counselor didnt write notes about the abuse. when asked about the records or notes taken during this childs sessions i was informed that they do not take notes during sessions. the only thing they do is write down that they attened the session. so with the lack of people standing up for a childs outcries this child was returned to the abuser. at least they wrote down she attended, they get money for that!!!

I have been amazed since moving here in 1999 at the corruption that is allowed to goon here.The District Attorney uses his office for re-election purposes more than to stop crime.
When i was ten years old I parked my bicycle in the carport but that bike never turned into a car. Mike Little may go to church but most politicians do. He has been in the one office that should have done something about all of this and he has not. The rest of what is said on here is just MORE reason to get him out of there.
People comparing anyone to Hitler is over the top, but I will say he has one thing in common. When Hitler first started he would bury people under charges in the legal system and their trials were put off for a long time. He would hunt for something to charge innocent people with while real crimes were being committed.
I would take the morals of Mike Little and John Archer and Phil Fitzgerald and Lee Groce and the other Democrats people have bad mouthed on this website and put them up against the best Republicans around. Democrats care about the common man, Republicans care about which country club they belong to.
Politicians love an excuse to gather up voters and let them see how much they care - there has been years of too much politics and not enough hard work going on in that courthouse.

Has anyone noticed that the same DA that vigorously went after Mayor Scott Parker and City Roy Bennett is also the same DA who has now hired Logan Pickett, son of the current mayor and nephew of the infamous Sandy Pickett who ran for mayor when Scott Parker was shoved out of office?
The Scott Parker thing was one of Mike Little's political lynchings. It had nothing to do with fighting corruption. If it had Little would have really highlighted allof those who led and even pushed Parker into thinking what he was doing was legal.
If it weren't for his "political lynching" of Janet Harrelson for John Archer and the Democratic Party, the Mayor Parker thing would be his most infamous one.
I agree about the two cases cited. It is not so much that there was no wrongdoing in these cases. So many open and shut corruption cases have been handed to Little but the DA has only chosen the ones that benefited him or his political buddies.
Little is a menace to society, more especialy in Liberty County.

Mike Little learned his law from the same school his buddy John Archer did. Backroom, smoke-filled crappola and pounding on the table, but never ever in court inless there is a camera.

Them horns are as hard to see as Predator. They appear as an anomoly in the pic. Generally, IF it is an entity, either it or the possessed needs to move in different directions to see the anomoly. There are many reports of this sort of thing, but the entities them selves can not hurt you if you are strong in your faith. A posses DA can cause a lot of teouble though...
what a hipocrit!!!!! you want to campaign against sexual abuse for children but yet you are sexually assualting inmates in our jail.
