This week, the civil lawsuit and temporary injunction was dropped against Edward and Cindy Shauberger in the Harris County 55th Judicial District Court. The lawsuit had originally been brought by two of Shauberger's business partners the Palmarez Brothers, who were themselves accused of fraud, forgery and theft. In a strange twist of events, Liberty County DA, Mike Little charged Shauberger with multiple criminal charges and not the Palmarez Brothers. Evidence of selective prosecution and official oppression against Liberty County DA, Mike Little have been leveled.
Sources state that if the Palmarez Brothers and Little had substantive evidence and clean hands, they would not have dropped the Shaubergers from the lawsuit.
Shauberger has sued the Palmarez Brothers, Karie Spell, Klint Bush, Bruce Mintz and their attorney, John Stewart Fason for fraud and theft among multiple other charges in the Liberty County 253rd Judicial District court.
