READER ASK IF HINCH SWITCHING TO DONKEY PARTY

Dear Liberty Dispatch,

I was present (or I wouldn’t say so) when County Attorney Wes Hinch was basically telling a man what an incompetent idiot Sheriff Henry Patterson is and he has indicated how ineffective he feels Justice of the Peace Bobby Rader is.

I have several problems with knowing the County Attorney feels this way. Having been in court when juveniles arrested by this Sheriff’s department were standing in front of Judge Rader, I can tell you the entire court was very impressive in the way they handled the variety of situations. The thing that was “ineffective” or maybe I should say “incompetent or idiotic” was that there was no prosecutor there from the County Attorney’s or the District Attorney’s office. What is up with that?

I also am curious because I have read on here how Hinch and Mike Little seem to be siding with each other against the entire courthouse. I wonder why Hinch is at such odds with Republicans and so tight with a Democrat. Is he considering switching parties?

Name withheld because of retaliation by Mike Little.

The big white elephant in the room is REPEAT JUVENILE OFFENDERS. While Little and Hinch are sitting around dreaming of how to get more taxpayer money, these kids are laughing at the law. "Po-po"picks them up and nothing much happens to them because of LittleHinch.

Soon I hope to read an investigation of any efforts by either of these two men to "shut up" or intimidate citizens who complain about their lack of success with stopping juvenile crime.

"With respect to the county attorney’s criminal prosecution duties, it is very unethical and unbecoming for a political figure to attempt to intercede with the county attorney on behalf of some arrested friend, relative or community leader who has run afoul of the law. (like Phil?)Nothing upsets the electorate more than the notion that political influence can buy immunity or privileged treatment. The county attorney must necessarily enforce all of the laws without favor."
