Local Circus Show Avoided...

08/20/10- With Liberty County District Attorney, Michael Little present at the Press Conference in Beaumont, Texas called by US Attorney-

John Malcolm Bales stated:

"Promising to shatter the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT), Acting US Attorney John Malcolm Bales of the Eastern District of Texas said at a press conference on Friday, August 20, in Beaumont, that law enforcement officers “will not rest until [they] have brought to justice every criminal segment” of the white supremacist group.

Bales’ pledge followed an announcement that two people have been indicted on federal charges of racketeering and crimes related to the October 12, 2008 execution-style murder of Scott Freeman, whose body was found beside a lonely stretch of FM 787 east of Cleveland. He had been shot six times at close range by a .45 caliber pistol."

Liberty Dispatch has learned the honorable US Attorney, John Malcolm Bales has taken the criminal prosecution of alleged Arian Brotherhood member, Steven Walter Cooke and another reputed member away from Liberty County DA, Mike Little. Because of Liberty County District Attorney, Michael Little's controversial alleged political retaliations, official misconduct and other questionable activities, the US Attorney has chosen to take the case away from Mike Little's office.

Liberty Dispatch applauds the action of the Eastern District, US Attorney's office in keeping the constitutional and responsible due process observed, something which would not happen in Liberty County Texas.

Even the US Attorney's office understands the corruption which permeates throughout the Liberty County District Attorney's office.

Thank you to the Honorable US Attorney, John Malcolm Bales for saving Liberty County Texas from the circus show which would have surely occurred if Mike Little would have been allowed to prosecute this case.

I see Mr. Bales has good judgment, we need a DA Like him in Liberty County. He has brains too

In the last few years Little has been missing in quite a few important cases and offered quite a variety of reasons.

Whenever I hear Mike Little and his little DA's are not involved in a prosecution,I always know the accused is fixing to really get it.

Patterson ran in both politcal parties and Kelley is a Democrat, so Republican activists have no hesitation in crying for justice. But the feds may have been wise to take this out of the hands of such a political player.

More than likely Liberty County would have given him probation or Community service, so John Bales already knew of Liberty Counties Crooked Court system. What are we paying these elected officials for? They are always bringing in an outside Judge, referring cases to the State or now having cases removed by the Fedeal courts. Something is wrong with this picture. The TAX payer is paying thier salary to do a job and someone else is doing the job for them.

I think as a person Mike Little is a great guy, I just believe he has lost his way and needs to retire. Little is in over his head. Mike, thank you for your service, its time for you to go to the house.

'local circus avoided'? Guess again. Maybe someone needs to check the front lawn of the Cleveland Civic Center. Sideshow attraction: pet tigers for 8 minutes, for $20 or $25. Might want to check this weekend's headliners, as well.

If they'd only asked a few show biz folks, or Vegas regulars; they could have learned how to have two dinner shows and a cocktail show, nightly. Thus, they could have multiplied their seating and their take- by turning their tables and limited audience space. (Seems that civic centers are like yachts. Nobody thinks to get them large enough, the first time, until it's too late)!
