A REBUTTAL OF NANCY ARCHER’S EFFORT TO CONVINCE VOTERS

1. Morrison exercised his rights by voting in our most recent election as a registered voter in Liberty County. Not valid because it does not cover the need for residency 6 months in advance. Of course he voted in the race, he was in it.

2. Pays Taxes – Morrison pays taxes in Liberty County. Not valid because Morrison, like all of us, should be paying taxes wherever he owns property.

3. Owns Real Estate; Personal Property – Morrison has owned property in Liberty for two and a half years and has a trailer on his property. Not valid because Morrison could have the same situation in all 254 counties in Texas and he would still have claimed a homeowner’s exemption in Kingwood. CONTIUNUOUS RESIDENCY SHOULD BE QUESTIONED (IF ANYONE BELIEVES HE HAS EVER BEEN A RESIDENT).

4. Has Driver’s Licenses and Other Licenses – The address on Morrison’s Driver’s licenses and other licenses list his address in Liberty County. Morrison's driver's license and his registration establish nothing according to his own statements. Which is it?

5. Maintains Bank Accounts – Morrison has a bank account at a local bank in Dayton. Not valid - If Morrison could have bank accounts in 15 foreign countries, would we consider him a resident of each one? Morrison maintained accounts near his Kingwood residency.

6. Belongs to Clubs – Morrison is a member of the American Legion in Dayton and the Elks Lodge in Liberty. Please! Political maneuvers don’t constitute residency, do they? He can kiss babies in every county in America and that does not make him a resident of all of them.

7. Belongs to Churches – Morrison is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Dayton and has previously served as its’ Music Director. Should people from Liberty County that work in Houston or attend Lakewood Church in Houston be considered eligible candidates to run for Houston city council?

No doubt Fitzgerald thought he would beat Morrison and his victory would make him stronger in te general election than if he had Morrison removed from he ballot. But Fitzgerald's miscalculation doesn't leave the Democrats blameless for allowing a Kingwood resident to get in a one on one race for County Judge.

Morrison has not been a continues resident of Liberty County and if it went to court I think it would be proven.

Part three of the Democrat golden trifecta? Part one: the migrant WORKER. Thanks to Clinton's NAFTA and CAFTA! (read: wow! that scam works well, let's clone it...)

Part two: the migrant VOTER. Thanks to Obama's ACORN!

Part three: the migrant CANDIDATE. Thanks to Hillary's Senatorship (migrating from Arkansas residency to New York, solely for candidacy purposes!), and now, cloned by Archer and Morrison!

As usual, (and per ORDERS,) the "JOURNOLIST" media schemers, look the other way, at all times!

Does anybody smell rats?

Is there anything to be said about Ken Morrison voting in Harris County in November of 2009? It is my understanding that election workers are supposed to ask each and every person that comes into vote if their address is current and correct. If Ken said his address was correct and it listed Kingwood then 1.) he lied to election workers to be allowed to vote and he actually lives in Liberty, or 2.) his residency actually was in Harris County in November of 2009 so he should not be allowed to run here. Also even if he had moved and was claiming residency in Liberty he would not be allowed to go back to Harris County and vote at that time unless he only voted provisional. Is that right?

Fitzgerald weakened his argument this morning on KSHN when he said this was just about "continuous" residency. No matter what is said, this case is about residency first (which should eliminate Morrison)and if that is ruled on incorrectly continuous residency is a secondary argument. I suggest anyone that wants to fight this get an attorney from some where other than here. This Fitzgerald=like thinking is what talks people into a great deal of trouble. we need a clear-minded expert not a wishful antagonists.
