Weldon “Buddy” Alders, property owner and Liberty County subdivision developer has been fined and assessed penalties by the TCEQ for alleged violations. The public consensus is that Buddy has become a target of Liberty County Pct. 4 Commissioner, Norman Brown and cohorts. Recent political turncoat, Norman Brown has allegedly gone after Alders for not paying off Brown and others. This action by Brown and others is yet another example of the rampant corruption in Liberty County and the common retaliation by the good ole boy network. Most of the politicians in Liberty County will not trust each other as far as they can throw one another- but will join forces when it comes to retaliation against a common political enemy. In the end, Alders will be found innocent of the allegations against him and the corrupt element will have tightened the rope around their necks a little tighter. Buddy has contributed to the community by helped many people own a home who would otherwise not be able to realize home and land ownership.

Norman Brown is an infiltrator of the Republican Party. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him and throwing him would be hard to do for a professional wrestler. Go home and retire Norman or go back where you belong, with you DEM buddies.
Buddy is a crook and always has been. He was involved in the toxic waster problem in Dayton off of HWY 146 back in the mid-90s and was involved with the former County engineer for saying they had the correct septic systems when they didn't. He also was involved in problems with title on property that people had payed off, but not giving the titles. Real great guy
While I usually agree with you Ray, I will have to say Norman Brown and Buddy Alders are two peas in a pod. They are greedy opportunists. Brown needs to be defeated and Alders needs to work as hard and fast as he can to prepare to meet his maker.
Norman, How much money will it take to clear up this matter. Money talks in Liberty County and BS walks. Buddy, I guess you should have gone ahead and paid them the under the table money, then you would now be free to go.
