Sickening the Democrats who are trying to infiltrate our party. At least Royce Wheeler had the guts to stick with his democrap party even though it sucks.

Is the sheriff wearing a wolf head or a jackass head? Should have been a RINO head . . . LMAO! Very good, LD.

Oh, God. Please don't let that wall street broker/speculator in on Pct 3. He'll take that entire gun range slush fund, squander it on Wall Street, (to those insider trading, derivative, hedge fund, and Ponzi thieves,) and we won't have any slush funds left. Everything will be laundered, as 'clean money', with only his broker's "commish-ons" (get it?) remaining.

Just what we need: a thief watching the slush fund!

It looks like Chance Ward just came out of the woods from a hog hunt long enough to sign up. I sure hope his father in law will give him enough money to buy a suit.

Royce Wheeler had no choice but to stay a democrat. He has stabbed too many people in the back and the republicans dont want him. Him and Melvin are two peas in a pod that will not sprout again.
As ole Dandy Don Merideth would say " TURN OUT THE LIGHTS, THE PARTYS OVER".

Goo Goo Goober. Not all of them...just a few. I would like to know more about Karen...I read a little piece about her on i-dineout( Sorry, but do check that site every now and then too). I like the goals that she has set....or, at least the ones that I read. Hopefully, we'll get a "good group". We can only pray :)

The Law Enforcement positions should not be based on a party selection but should be based on the enforcement of the state laws.

In 2004 the current sheriff ran as a Democrat. In 2008 he ran as a Republican. In the 2012 primaries, until sign up day I wondered if he might run as a Tea Party candidate. But he did not. Voters, especially people like me who agree with most of the Tea Party positions, need to realize Pattersoncampiagn advisors have told himto kiss up to the Tea Party because his three years as sheriff does not make him a shoe in for re-election. The only problem is there is nothing the Tea Party pushes that points voters to elect this sheriff over any potential opponent he may have. It is just a political ploy.

Well LD always says Wes Hinch is a do nothing but you are wrong this time - look he is the only one in the picture that put on his funeral clothes for the picture. That ought to have exhausted him and he will be back to his do nothing ways again......

Just like Republicans predicted a decade ago - 4 to 1 Republican candidates over Democrats.

Congratulations to Tommy Koen this year. #1 - He married Ron Carter's sister, so he married into great Republican family. Becky is a wonderful person. They make a great couple. #2 - Tommy got a much deserved promotion in the LCSO. #3 - He is finally stepping out and putting his Master Law Enforcement credentials out there to help the Hardin community specifically.

Agreed on Koen. What a nice guy on one hand, but if you have seen him handle a crime, you know he is in the right business.

Free at last, free at last! I am so thankful for Rader and an opportunity to get rid of these nutwigs running the sheriff.

I have been begging Koen to run for three years. Our current constable has a full time job and it would be nice to have someone with Master Peace Officer credentials and working full time.

A man we trust. A man we like. A man that does not have another full time job. Thumbs up TK!

Did someone mention Royce? I heard that when he pulled his money out to pay at the sign up, that a couple rounds of Harry Kelly's ammo fell out into the counter from his deep pockets also..Haha! But we know he grabbed them suckers up, got to save every penny for sausage & biscuit get together out at the range in the mornings, lol! Heck, no worries he can just squander a few bucks from his buddy, Mr. Red Light Camera himself..Mark Bradshaw, he has plentyyyyy! Can't pay for his hot water in the jail but he can sport his new city paid for SUV he & Royce enjoy around Cleveland, lol.........just Ghetto!

I have been gone from Liberty County for several years, but was born, raised, worked, married and divorced in Liberty. I have known Tommy Koen longer than most and probably better than most people around the county. When I think of an honest and good man, I think of Tommy Koen. He may not always say or do what is popular, but you can bet it is the RIGHT thing. He is the most decent, sometimes, brutally honest man I have ever known. He has persevered, through the years, and deserves all the credentials he has acquired in law enforcement. Tommy is the best choice and most qualified man to be the Constable for Precinct 3. Get out and support him!
