His name you know by now is Clifford Fuddy William/s and he is proud enough to be from somewhere other than Liberty County that he has named his very secretive gang “The Outsiders”. But he seems to be anything but an outsider when it comes to the Liberty County Sheriff Department. He has not only been seen on numerous occasions with our County Sheriff, Henry Patterson, but he allegedly has been working for him for months in and out of the sheriff's department.
Liberty Dispatch knows what we know about Williams and his political team because we applied the axiom of Sun Tsu in his book referred to in politics by so many called “The Art of War”. LD applied the idea of keeping your enemies close from the very minute we were aware these people were in this county and setting up shop. We even allowed them to post a few of the stories Robert Valdez wrote about Clifford Fuddy Williams' unlicensed Private Investigation work. We learned a great deal of things about this group from two of the associates of The Outsiders. These two were perfect for what we needed because neither are very good at keeping secrets. So we have cataloged quite a bit of information – some from Robert Valdez and most from a new member that should have the nickname “Chatter Box” or “Loose Lips” or if you’re an Outsider, perhaps something a bit more negative.
In many conversations with these people, the one thing that stood out was that no public official and no media mentioned had a future here in Liberty County if they were successful EXCEPT FOR HENRY PATTERSON. So from the very beginning our readers should surmise we were at odds with these people’s goals since we publicly supported many of our current public officials. The purpose of our relationship with these people was to learn as much as we could before it became obvious to them we were collecting information.
We are holding much of that information, but believe it is in everyone in this counties best interest for questions to be asked of them. Even people that do not like this website, media, Democrats, and people that consider themselves our enemies – they should all take note. These Outsiders want to force you out of the public arena.
But who are these people? I don’t just mean their names. I mean where are they from and where do they work and why are they here? Do they have criminal records? Are they licensed to do the investigations they did months ago and continue to do? Were they or Williams licensed to do Investigations work at the sheriff's office against Joe Warren, Royce Wheeler, John Joslin and others??? The “detailed” and “factual” investigations they have done – do they still claim to have done those investigations while working closely with (and for) Henry Patterson?
And what does Henry Patterson have to say about these people and his relationship to them? It should not be long before everyone has an opportunity to understand why we should all agree we don’t want the sheriff’s department using our taxpayer money to be co-oped by anyone, but especially not these people.

Wow, Why can't we all just get along. It really should not matter which party does what, it should just be based on performance. Our world has so many issues and should be based on the person or people that can get the job done. The party thing is getting old, let's just get down to business an get er done.
It appears from a prior story that this guy Fuddy is in the applications process with DPS to get his PI license.
Guess he plans to cash in on Liberty County. Question is, how can he have done what he did and not be prosecuted and still allowed to get a license.
I think everyone in the courthouse is afraid of this guy.
Yeah, they are shaking in their shoes.
Now let me get this straight. The people that aren't from here and are proud not to be ... they've have been bragging on investigating a who's who of people here in Liberty County even though they are ot licensed to do so? And they are doing this to help voters identify people who have been breaking the law?
They are a huge help ......
Why are you giving these people the time of day? Patterson will either be elected or he won't and now that the public is becoming aware of his connection to all of the barrage of Open Records Request "investigations", either Patterson should be able to back the claims of crimes up with arrest and convictions or he should be sent packing for accsuing half the world with circumstantial BS. Put up or shut up big city secret agent men.
Henry Patterson is a no show sheriff. I still have never seen or heard the man three years into his his term.
You people at Liberty Dispatch can do and say what you want, Patterson is a Republican incumbent and there will not be one Republican incumbent beat in the next election. End of story.
Rader won as a Republican while Patterson was looking to run Democrat. Rader is better equipped to do the job. END OF STORY.
"What does Henry Patterson have to say" about these people?
The same as usual: Capt Rex Evans is the public information officer. He can respond... (in general, the ONLY intelligent response to a constantly critical and belligerent media)!!!
NEWSFLASH: I-69 crowd to meet
http://www.yourhoustonnews.com/cleveland/news/regional-leaders-to-hold-open-house-in-cleveland-to-receive/article_77339260-ff09-53ae-8beb-f6f272a9465f.html
should we tell them the sad truth? For DECADES now, TxDOT redirects every highway dollar, marked for Hwy 59, to put it on Hwy 90 (the old east county vs west county feud).
I-69 still wont be completed in LC, when Hwy 90 is 80 lanes wide, and counting... ("build it, and they STILL won't come" mentality- gone berserk)! Never mind, that I-10 happened in the Eisenhower administration- some diehard local idiots, just won't accept that they've been bypassed, by both progress and civilization!!!
(hint: there's a REASON that you weren't selected as locales on the interstate system...)
When will Liberty, Moss Hill, and Dayton realize just how little they have to offer the Houstonians???
Yes, I-69 in LC is a major bust, until we get a serious TxDOT brain transplant!
pretty well sums up TxDot in Liberty.
For the record- "The Outsiders" have never been contributors to Liberty Dispatch, only people doing what we believe as illegal private investigations and sending in their results to Liberty Dispatch and The Liberty County Sheriff's Department. These investigations were not sanctioned or legal under the guidelines set forth by DPS. Its appears publicly, Robert Valdez and Clifford Williams spearheaded these investigations alleged illegal investigations. Clifford Williams knows he must be licensed as he has been previously licensed by the PSB now run by DPS.
Its apparent that this guy did illegal investigations for Henry Patterson and it was illegal for Patterson to have this guy investigate for him in the Joe Warren case.
The Outsiders are liars. They have said nasty things about a lot of people, including members of media. But none of it has proven to be true. They are trying to attack people's character because they have NONE of their own.
That is a very good comment, I couldn't have said it better myself.
The information received was sorely needed to set the record straight. I jumped to conclusions regarding the Liberty Dispatch. I was confused and thought they were one of the same. The recent posts have helped to clear the air. I wish to thank you for the clarification. The Joe Warren case, in my opinion, from the onset, was a premeditated act with an abuse of the power and authority by the sheriff and his chosen few. Unfortunately the honest hard working deputies and staff have suffered from this. The department needs new leadership and an honest endeavor to enforce the laws of our state.
Give TxDot some ignoramus credit, already. They've ignored the ages long cut through, for northbound and eastbound truckers, avoiding the Houston scales and inspections. If they'd put in some scale and inspection spots along Hwy 105, that problem would stop. Talk about heads in the sand... just saying.
awful lot of the word 'honest' in that LCSO touting post. Apparently, somebody has blinders on, or just can't seem to remember a few recent LSCO names (Fairchild, Harry Kelley, ...)
Methinks they protest too much!
next, they'll probably say 'good man' after every surname! sheesh,
gimme a break, already.
