Dear Liberty Dispatch,

I know you have promised you will show one more case that is typical of the way Judge Hight’s so-called “judgment” is infecting our community. Would you please consider exposing how easy he is on repeated or grossly habitual DWI offenders? I have children and even grandchildren that ride on the streets of this community and I have heard Judge Hight’s court is usually a joke on DWI offenders. I know you may already have everything ready to report on another case, but reporting on his liberal handling on DWI cases would go beyond politics, it would be a community service. He and his friend Phil both seem to have a special warm place in their heart for these people who eventually will kill innocent people by their selfish behavior.

I am glad someone wrote in about how Hight does people that have been caught several times drinking and driving. It kind of ties in with an a deal on here about Wednesday deals in Hight's court. Some of these lawyers have been heard bragging that they cah take care bof DWI's.

I keep hearing people tl aboutthe Eddie Haskell that was on Leave It To Beaver.I would say anyone having been in Rusty Hight's court wold give him the honor of being like that character. He even over annunciateshis words when he is being fake. He comes out from behind the bench and kind of advertises himself to jury pools like he is treaing guest to his courthouse with the Eddie Haskell like politeness. The only thing is what lerks behind Edde Haskell's, I mean Hight's robes. Wat happens on Wednesdays and behid closed doors is just like what happend when Ward and June Cleave weren't around.

I heard Rusy Hight had to get a new campaign manager because his old one is being investigated by the FBI. I have known Rusty a long time and that is easy for me to believe.

On the Liberty City Council agenda is the consideration of an ordinance that would allow what is called " liquor by the drink" to be sold within the city limits. Libery Mayor Carl Pickett said he personally favors the economic benefits such an ordinance would bring..he understands not everyone agrees with him on this.( per radiogram September 13, 2010.) Sorry about your children and grandchildren...liquor sells and the sad fact is that DWI's bring money to the city. Oh yeah...and many of the nice ladies and gentlemen in so called " power"...well, they like their little cocktail..you know it IS socially acceptable.

I have heard that when the court house closes, the good ole boys...Hight, Taylor, Phil, Little, Chambers and others break out the whiskey and have a couple. Lord knows they dont need any more impairments. What a bunch of two faced phony crooks.

Interesting website. I have occasion to visit with your attorneys there in Liberty County on a semi frequent basis and the most unusual thing I have heard about any of the courts there is the number of times Carol Hight, or Rusty Hight as you call him, gives someone years of probation one day and the next day he declares they have served enough time.

continued from above comment about, " nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors"( ya know, that song )..anyway the story probably goes like this...AND then they drive, of course, because it's okay for them. Next day, they come to work ( maybe not feeling too well ).. prosecute, condemn and convict oh..let's just say a few drunk drivers and then..well, just go right along with their lovely little day. ( REMEMBER this is fiction... no one is accusing them of REALLY doing such a thing. )
