As of this date, there is still no record of supposed Neil Diamond relief funds. Neil Diamond is accused of using relief money pledges and notoriety gathered to be voted entertainer of the year in 2009.
Either one of two things have happened as related to the Neil Diamond alleged money.
1. The money in question has never surfaced from Neil Diamond;
or
2. The money was defrauded from the Ike Relief fund who was suppose to take receive and administer the supposed funds.
Today a local Houston attorney has filed and sent demands for payment and is filing liens against the much touted "Neil Diamond Homes" properties in Chambers County.
The well meaning Houston Chronicle was 'used' in a recent attempt to cover up questions about the whereabouts of the "Neil Diamond" money. The Chronicle was given an elaborate story and was 'had' by Neil Diamond's people and Chambers County officials.

This situation is just like local atty Bruce Mintz and judge in the 75th, CT HIGHT'S. They were given a recent gift to distance themselves in apparent fraud and political explosion and they chose to take the wrong road.
You can always count on the public officials in Liberty County to do the wrong thing and the corrupt thing.
CT Hight claims publicly he is not "political" and bias in his court, I think the year ahead will surgically and methodically show otherwise.
Same with Chambers County, these people are drunk with power arrogant, corrupt and indignant. It will soon be their total downfall.

Would anybody like some cheese, you go on and on about bad politics, maybe some of you need to put in a helping hand for those people who don't have a home, or just sit behind your computer and WINE.
To do more than whine would get you put in jail through a trumped up charge from the corrupt DA's grand juries.
Let's see is muti-millionaire and known do-gooder Neil Diamond not coming through with money he promised or ARE POLITICIANS HIDING FUNDS HE SENT THAT HAVE SOMEHOW NOT GOTTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO BUILT THESE HOUSES. Politicians or this man who flew hundreds of miles and drove into the ruins of our community and asked how he could help? Not a tough cjhoice for me.
If you want an example of how extreme Bill Buchanan's prejudice is against Ray Akins and Eddie Shauberger look at this huge story KSHN has failed to report just because his enemies have done some great work among the needy down in Oak Island and some of his political buddies may have done some great evil. What a story to go unreported.....as someone suggested it appears a pop singer known all over the world or politicains in Chambers County are stiffing construction workers and keeping homeless people out of their houses. Buchnan desire to control and to reward and punish people can be seen in what he reports and doesn't report and how he slants his reports.
That is caled "music and things that matter" at KSHN. What that really means is music for Bill to tap dance his politics into our heads as he chooses what matters.
Hahaha. That is like the hospital district "news" we hear on KSHN. An all time low turnout of voters in a second election after the first one failed, and KSHN supports the ditrict and all of Bill's buddies so we hear all of the positive things about some very unpopular manipulations involving this hospital. The same kind of spin Buchanan and Youngblood reported on the private struggles Shauberger dealt with when he found out people were putting money in a secret account and taxes were not being paid in his company. Bill and Allen get to hold trial and tell us that all of the people they don't like are bad and all of their friends are good with KSHN and the little dineout blog.
People are willing to believe what KSHN sells unti l it is their child or their husband or their friend.
Hey! Everyone knows that our man, Eddie, always tells the truth whether it is right or wrong. All of that wet over there in Oak Island wouldn't change that, not even a little. Same like our men, Allen and Bill. They may prevaricate a bit, but they would never tell a lie. Like me, I never lie, even if it is the truth (as I know it) ! I noticed that Allen had a voting tally on his site today. The Pubs outvoted the Crats by, lets say, double except over in Hardin. What else is new?

Weighing in these two tales of what happened to releif funds from Neil Diamond, I am wondering which one to believe. Would Neil Diamond put his reputation on the line to steal the money? I wouldn't think so, not with all the millions of dollars he has made thru the years and considering his age. Would some of these people in Chambers County that are handling the money, steal from the relief fund? I am leaning toward This thieving bunch of nogood ,eggsucking bunch in Chambers County. where are Diamonds transaction records. he should have proof of how much and when. i dont believe he packed it down here in suitcases in the trunk of his car.

Has anyone ask Sarah Cerrone? This was another one of her projects that failed! When is the Texas Judicial Committe gonna step in and start removing these crooked so called "Judges" from their bench?I hate that 13 undercover waited until after the filing date deadline to air his specials! Perhaps if he had done them sooner, we would have better choices at the poll! I don't know why any of these people are still receiving a payroll check from the County?! They all think this is funny and even made a movie about it, mocking Wayne Dolcefino!
