TAX CHEAT?- LOCAL RADIO STATION PROPERTY UNDERVALUED

Liberty Dispatch has learned the property located at 2099 Sam Houston Street in Liberty, Texas owned by Bill and Jana Buchanan has been allegedly undervalued every year for the past ten years. Allegations are that because of Bill Buchanan's influence in Liberty County, Texas with public officials, his taxable values have been intentionally undervalued by Liberty County CAD.

According to Liberty CAD, Buchanan's radio station property is undervalued by almost half that of comparable properties.

Bill and Jana Buchanan, bought the property from Bruce Stratton of the allegedly illegal Liberty Hospital District. It is easy to see the truth behind Buchanan's support for Stratton's Hospital District. He is allegedly beholden to Stratton and the Hospital District.

Cad link to Buchanan's undervalued property which is located across the street from Liberty County CAD.

Property id: 56008
Property name: Buchanan

Why should that old %urd pay less tax than all the rest of us? The amount he is paying in assessment is unreal. Why is Alan Conners screwing us all and giving Buchanan a pass?

Hey, check out how low they have Alan Youngbloods property assessed!

Good work Mr Akins. Its about time someone shined the light on shine all nine. The public would be better off without there spin on local matters.

Maybe someone needs to look into the appraisal practices of the Liberty Central Appraisal District. Buchanan couldn't do that by himself, he's just the property owner, not the appraiser. Maybe a complaint to the Texas Appraiser Licensing Board or the Texas Attorney General's Office would be in order.

This is just another Liberty County Central Appraisal District way of showing favoritism to their Good Ole boy buddies. Maybe the FBI,FEMA and the IRS should be investigating the Scam Appraisal District's Chief Appraiser and his way of appraising property. I have seen this done lots of times in Liberty County.

Maybe the appraissal district factored in the stuff that comes out of that building and determined it was really worthless. Maybe the lack of quality radio news and music devalued the property.

That last comment was too funny. Hope this guy kicks the bucket soon, his radio station has hurt many good people and covered up many bad officials who commit crimes.

Maybe the appraiser gave old Bucky Buchannon his 65 year old exemption on his property. Maybe Alan Conner needs to go, along with some of his GOOD OLE BOY buddies. I wonder who will take over old K-shine when Bucky is gone.(D.B.COOPER)

KSHN's hurting of good individuals will not stop. Lets all pray for this radio station. Remember vengence belongs to the lord. Do not seek vengence on some one who has treaspassed against you or the Lord may feel sorry for them and put it back on you. Remember prayer works you have to faithfully pray that the lord will show Billy boy the way of right or it will not work.
