Back in 2002 inmate Michael Lynn Blue was sentenced in an apparent plea bargain deal with Liberty County DA, Michael Little. Blue states that Little offered eight years instead of the fifty years he was given for convictions- for a trade. In recent filings Blue states that the eight year deal thrust upon him has come and gone as of October, 2010. According to Blue's statement as filed in the Liberty County 253rd judicial district court on November 9, 2010 - Michael Little told Blue that if he had oral and anal sex with him, he would receive a reduced sentence. Next Blue states that behind a guarded door Michael Little inserted his penis in Blue's anus. According to Blue, Michael Little performed anal and oral sex upon Blue without Blue's permission. In court papers, Blue states he was sexually assaulted along with official oppression by Michael Little.The case has not yet been set for the docket as of this date. Sources state that Mr. Blue has an 85 IQ, the court documents are hand written by one person and blanks filled in by Mr. Blue.
Liberty County Courthouse records indicate Blue's case number as CR24373, Blue's attorney is Katherine Scardino. Oddly, Michael Little has appointed his first assistant district attorney, Anne Streit as the prosecutor. It is surmised that Blue's attorney will petition for the Texas Attorney Generals office to appoint a special prosecutor. There is a clear conflict of interest between Little's office and his underlings defending his actions with Little's possible criminal 'exposure'. Additionally, a special prosecutor would make referrals for any criminal indictment/s and prosecution of Michael Little.
According to sources, Attorneys and investigators from the ACLU have been investigating this case with great interest. Other associated allegations have also been leveled against Michael Little.
Michael Little has been the Democrat Liberty County DA since 1983. Little is at the center of several investigative probes both civil and criminal, state and federal. Little is a deacon at the 1st Liberty Baptist Church, in Liberty Texas.

Im sure this wasnt the first or the last time this ever happened in Little's office or other DA offices. Now I can go throw-up after reading this.
Just when I think ive heard everything about how low these politicians are, then this. Im sure we will learn a lot more before this is all over with. This guy is in a position of public trust, to take advantage of a low iq person sounds about right. People like him victimize us people in the community. Prisoners are very vulnerable to being exploited. I wish Ms. Scardino all the luck in the world and hope Im on a jury against this DA, I will give her client millions.
I can think of no worse criminal than one who uses the power of his office to victimize people. Mike Little is, perhaps, the worse criminal that Liberty County has even seen.
Since Little has done something like this,it makes me wonder what his IQ is. The dominos are now starting to fall in the Courthouse. Just wait until all this Liberty Mafia gets filed on and they are on trial for these scams, then you will see them start to rat on each other. There is no telling what other skeletons will come out of the Courthouse closets. Good ridance Little and your Cronies.

If this document that was filed had been filed against ANYONE else in Liberty County, Mike Little would already have him indicted and tried him in the media. The silence on this is almost overwhelming...hmmmm.

Michael Little's long list of illegal behavior calls into question his fitness to practice law. I hope someone anonymously sends a copy of this court filing to Texas State Bar as a complaint.

These sort of things have been going on in Liberty County for years. I remember years ago when the Sherriff dept had a room at the old jail where they took you if you acted up while being arrested or they needed some information from you. You got a real good $ss whoping if you didn't co-operate.
I bet that real good ass whooping involved one and only Detective Chip Fairchild. He likes beating on helpless people and is one of the biggest sexual perverts in Liberty County law enforcement.
Mike Little has demonstrated severe abuse of power over and over again. Where is the FBI?

I would like to know why he is not behind bars and why he is still allowed to so called perform his duties in the DA's office. If it were any other Joe Blow off the streets he would be sitting behind bars on PROBABLE CAUSE while the DA's office dragged their feet. What is good and fair for the average citizen should be good and fair for any and all so called elected officals no matter who they are and what office they hold! What happened to the Constitution? Apparently it only applies to certain people and not everyone.
Someone needs to get all this information over to the local news media so they can keep this going for all the world to see!!!!
Little sure bold face lied to me. He's as crooked as the rest of Liberty County officials. All of the DA's are crooked. I don't drive through Liberty County and won't even date someone who lives there. If you get pulled over there, you can be totally innocent and still have your life ruined. I've seen it happen with my own eyes.

Wow, I know Michael Blue while he was incarcerated at the prison I was a correctional officer at. He is a liar. He caused so many issues for the staff. He's made false claims of sexual assaults before. He should have never been taken off death row.

Your trumped up indictments didn't stop him Mike Little and because of his work exposing you for the criminal you are, you were ejected from public office after 30 years and all charges against him were dropped.
