In our story we leveled evidence why the assigned prosecutor Joe Warren had a very personal conflict of interest in prosecuting Shauberger. We also laid out reasons why the pro-tem in another one of Shauberger’s multiple criminal cases, Houston Attorney and prior Liberty County/Chambers County ADA Dan Bradley has even more conflicts of interest with Shauberger. There is 'partial' good news in all this… Liberty County’s newly elected District Attorney Logan Picket has (as of this date) stepped up to the plate and is prosecuting Shauberger himself for these Liberty County sexual assault crimes against a child. There is still clear and indisputable 'conflicts of interest' with pro-tem Dan Bradley and Edward Ross Shauberger in other cases before the Liberty County District Courts.

It is alleged that while in Chambers County as a Pastor living at the church parsonage Shauberger sexually assaulted his youngest adopted special needs daughter and other children. Further... questions are swirling in Liberty County and Chambers County as to why the Chambers County DA Cheryl Lieck has not investigated and brought these allegations to a Chambers County Grand Jury?

The last time Showbegger was at his last docket call in the 253rd there was a contingent of disgruntled people from oak island at court to see if they would see Shauberger brought to justice. I wonder if the judge knows that? I wonder if Sheryl Lieck knows this too?
His victims are numerous and spread out among many places in Texas in all ages and persuasions.

At first I was shocked and amazed at the depths of depravity of Shauberger and his mexican business partners stealing from IRS and each other.

Zeb and Zack are great guys and great lawyers too. I remember what Shauberger did to them both as they ran for office.

My opinion that you cannot put Zeb Zbranek in the same category as Zack Zbranek, who is a stand-up guy. Zeb is pretty slimy in his own right.
