Prior Liberty County Political candidate and ordained Preacher Edward Ross Shauberger was arrested late last night 04/29/2013 in San Antonio, Texas at 4000 block of Sunrise Cove, San Antonio, Texas.
Shauberger was arrested and taken into custody for two counts of continual sexual assault of a child in Liberty County, Texas.
Because of the great work of the Liberty County District Attorney's office and DA's Investigators, Liberty Police Departments ongoing investigation and other unnamed individuals- a deviant sexual offender has been brought to justice.

A member of the Oak Island Baptist Church, where Shauberger was Pastor, made the following public statement concerning Shauberger and his wife Cynthia,
"Eddie Shauberger sexually assaulted his teenage daughter in the parsonage there at the Oak Island Baptist Church and his other daughters in Liberty Texas.
Almost two years ago Shauberger's wife and teenage daughter left in the middle of the night after Shauberger was found in bed with his daughter. CPS investigation soon came after.
The church there has been defiled by Eddie Shauberger.
Thank God Shauberger is gone.
We at the church have waited for so long.
We welcome new members and ask that the damage Shauberger did will not be a reflection upon our church.
Thank you."

This guy is a serial child molester, how could his wife just sit by while this was going on in the early years?

I hope Cheryl Lieck does something about what he did in Oak Island.
I truly hope that the community of Oak Island and Anahuac will finally see Eddie for who he really is. God is in control and he always finds a way to punish those who bare false witness and commit crimes against his children. Especially the young ones. Cudos to the ones that saw this coming years ago and made a stand for what was right!
Good job Mr. Pickett, you did what Mike Little was too corrupt to do, this is a good start at clearing up a situation of selective prosecution by Little.

Why was Mark and Liz Beausoliel given a pass and Phil Fitzgerald's mess is till unresolved and untouched by a Liberty County jury? Somebody tell me why before you all start celebrating arresting this flim flam man!

You are right to say Eddie fooled alot of people.....churches full of people. But he fooled the people that run this site too.
True. But when he revealed himself, we did not cover it up. We are serious about joining with our neighbors and cleaning up this county.
A good lawyer will put the women that have filed charges on trial and he will walk.

So 2 years ago his wife left b/c he was found with his daughter inappropriately and he didn't stop preaching at that anahuac church until November of this past year?!! Hmmmmmm!!! Why did they allow this criminal to continue to be their preacher and be around children????
Hmmmmmm? Maybe that false prophet managed to stay only so long. I knew his ministry would never be blessed because of his past sins and not asking for forgiveness. I have heard that he has made his children go against each other. That is the saddest thing I ever heard. Attacking his daughters and them make them out to be liars and then his wife knowing about all this and doing nothing...she should be held accountable too!!

People typically will keep their children from coming forward on cases like this so you people are really putting the cart before the horse until you see if people will go on the record.
If Eddie was a member of the moral majority, then the moral majority was neither.
