Child Porn Arrests: A joint investigation by the Liberty Co. Pct #6 Constable’s office and Montgomery Co. Law enforcement has resulted in the arrest of a Cleveland couple, Stephen Watkins, 49 and his wife, Sue Allene Watkins, 38. Mr. Watkins is charged with 3 counts of promoting child pornography, a second degree felony. Sue Watkins was charged with the 3rddegree felony of possession of child pornography. Liberty County Constable John Joslin said the difference is that possession entails owning and viewing while promotion of child pornography alleges downloading such images and sharing them with others. At last report, both Mr. and Mrs. Watkins remained in the Liberty County Jail.

The courts need to send these perverts to TDC for this kind of activity. They probably do not have a job and are on meth or some other drugs. Usually these kind of people are up to no good. Put them to work in the fields at TDC to grow their own foods. I know TDC still does this at Sugarland Texas.
the majority of prisoners that are preyed upon in jail are those who rape women, molest children, or possess child pornography
this brings a smile to my face that these 2 people will be in a living hell when they go to jail
I have a friend who was incarcerated with this woman and sorry to let y'all know she is doing suprizingly well despite her crime...nobody even messes with her...she is in general population also...my friend has listened to her side of the story and she believes she is guilty as charged although in person she is one of the nicest people u will ever meet...there is no excuse for the crime they have committed me being a mother of small children and knowing what she has done makes me sick to my stomach and I hope they r both prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law thanks to the liberty county law enforcement for taking these sickos off the street.
You realize these two have been released from prison right on no evidence!!!
