"Groce: Prior to the federal government’s request to have all charges against Lee Groce dropped in October last year, the former Liberty County Commissioner signed what is called a Pretrial Diversion document. The document says, in reference to Lee Groce “you also unconditionally accept responsibility for knowingly and willfully making false material statements to FBI agents”. Sources close to Lee Groce said he agreed to the pretrial diversion admitting he made the statement to investigators but not that he knew those statements to be false. October 27th, 2011 Federal Judge Ron Clark signed the order for dismissal on all charges against Lee Groce."
It appears Bill Buchanan is casting a net over Liberty County to defend prior commissioner Lee Groce from his agreed admitted guilt. If Lee Groce did not agree with the FBI's charges, why did he agree to the FBI's and US Attorney's evidence and admissions of guilt by his signature/acknowledgment?
This is further direct evidence of Bill Buchanan's use of his radio station to protect his admittedly guilty friends and attack his political enemies and news competition.
Shame on you Bill Buchanan!

With Bill Buchanan shilling for him, and Mike Little on his list of witnesses on his behalf, Phil Fitzgerald continues to defend FEMA fraud charges that netted him over half a million bucks? That radio station and that DA's office need to scraped into the scrap pile.
According to Bill Buchanan, Lee Groce lied to the judge to get the judge to dismiss the charges against him.
Bill Buchanan is butt ugly on the outside AND on the inside.
Buchanan embarasses himself again. Would he have us taxpayers pay Lee groce's legal bills after Lee signed that document........ you bet he would.
KSHN Bill has applied this kind of ethics and integrity to issues throughout his time on the air in our county. His idea of what is right and wrong is frightening.
I feel sorry for the poor people who have to work for Bill Buchanan and endure his corruption and evil. Its a sin how he subjugates his employees. He enslaves everyone who works for him and uses his influence and blackmail to keep them working underpaid positions.

Thank God the feds are not all up into selective prosecution like the current Distict Attorney's offcie. It can never be said Lee groce has not admitted he lied in this FEMA case. If he gets off easy, it is still a matter of record. the voters knew it last election.

The only people who should not look forward to it are those who have had the power to make decisions and have made bad decisions. The critics and the "little people" have nothing to fear. Officeholders and those who have the power to make the ultimate decision about something should be asking for forgieness from God and all else involved in their plans rather than sending out some kind of threat. Akins is a victim of Liberty County vindictive corruption for speaking out against it, pure political and selective prosecution, everyone knows that.
