As the old saying goes, “A picture speaks a thousand words”…Folks, what’s wrong with this picture?
Mr. James Evans III, Attorney at Law among others will hold a hearing in the 75th Judicial District Court on Mr. Evan’s Motions to remove Mr. Joe Warren, First Assistant District Attorney from over seeing the prosecutions of the Defendants in the Cleveland Child Rape cases. The hearing will be on Friday August 12, 2011 at 9:30am before the Honorable Judge Morefield.
Mr. Warren is the prosecutor in charge of prosecuting all of the defendants in the Cleveland Child rape cases. These are the mug shots of the adult criminal line up. We have all heard about the Criminal Justice System supporting themselves by growing their own food, making their own clothing. But this is the “FIRST” time in Texas history where prisoners are providing their own “prosecutor.”
Liberty County DA, Mike Little, should be removed from office for his decision to keep Mr. Joe Warren on as First Assistant District Attorney. Additionally, undisclosed sources have informed The Outsiders that during the time Capt. Kelley was accused of wrong doings, (NOT OFFICIALLY CHARGED WITH AN OFFENSE) Mr. Mike Little stated he would not receive any charges offered by Capt. Kelley. Mike Little was joined by Mr. Wes Hinch our County Attorney stating he would not take any charges from Capt. Kelley and he should not be sent to his office, moreover he should be terminated because he is under investigation for wrong doings. However, no word has come from Mike Little or Wes Hinch regarding the removal of Joe Warren after he has been charged with crimes.
So, here’s the question folks, which one of the defendants in this line up is Joe Warren, the First Assistant District Attorney charged with the duty of prosecuting all of the other defendants in the line up? And, don’t the citizens of Liberty County deserve better?

We must have a prosecutor's office that is beyond reproach. The problem with the pictures are that they include one (of many) of Mike Little's District Attorney's office. Little has so many integrity problems within his office that he is bad for the county and a poor example to these young,and all other young people in this county.
One of the pictures is of an old ugly man that has no respect for the criminal system, and the others are kids he wants to make a career move by how he deals with their cases.
Liberty County DA Mike Little and his sidekick Joe Warren have made Liberty County the laughing stock of the whole United States.
Its worse than that, we are getting hits from all over the world in advance of tomorrow.

By the way, how did today's hearing go with Joe Warren's deal. I've sought news but have not found any yet.
Today the judge ruled he didnt have the power to remove an asst da like Warren. Morefield said he had the power to remove DA Mike Little only. But that someone who has lived in Liberty County more than 6 months can file the petition to remove Mike Little. After that the court takes over.
Little should be removed from office and Warren should be fired.
I agree. From what i have heard the pictures of the scene indicate Warren's dog was the attacker originally. When Little saw the pictures and confirmed his asistant went over to the neighbors with a gun,he should have sent Warren to the house.
Is Joe WArren taking any anger management classes?
Mike Little does whatever he wants to. Why should his people do anything different?
Whine, whine, whine...all I hear on here about Mike Little is whine, whine, whine. Judge Morefield GAVE you an out concerning Mike Little. FILE A PETITION TO REMOVE HIM FROM OFFICE. I don't live in the county (which is a requirement), or I would...you people need to take action (file petition) or stop the whining! Mr. James Evans can show you how to file one.
ok i would like to know why everyone is complaining that joe warren needs to be fired well in my opinion both mike little and joe warren need to be fire they both have criminal cases against them or have we all forgotten about mike little's sexual assualt case. never have i seen where the law pertains to some people and not others. its ok for the da's office to put people in jail or prison for something they did not do and its ok for them not to do a proper investigation or to fabricate evidence but when it comes to them nobody wants to force them to have to follow the same laws everyone else has to. If it was the average joe blow off the street charged with the crimes joe warren and mike little have been charged with they would be sitting in a jail cell with a bond they could not afford while the da's office padded the case. if you ask me whats good for the goose is good for the gnder. throw their butts in that dang jail and let them see how it feels to be railroaded with no vasaline.
every case mike litte and joe warren has prosecuted should be investigated with a fine tooth comb. i bet there would be alot of surprises at what would be found.
ok question: Isnt one of the attornies that is defending some of the guys in the gang rape case also defending joe warren? how is this possible isnt that a conflict of interest since joe warren is the prosecuting attorney? If he is no longer prosecuting the case it still should be a conflict since he was involved with the case period.
AND,,,doesnt joe warrens wife work for the County Court at Law?
