As of 08/01/11, Liberty County DA Mike Little has taken over the three cases ADA Joe Warren was to prosecute against clients of defense attorney James Evans. Two of Evans’ clients are charged in the alleged “Cleveland Rape Case”.
Readers will remember that Liberty County DA Mike Little refused to suspend or fire ADA Joe Warren after he was arrested for “Witness Tampering” – “Terroristic Threats” and “Deadly Conduct”. In response to Mike Little’s and Warren’s corrupt actions, attorney Evans’ filed a “Motion to Disqualify” ADA Joe Warren. In a highly anticipated move, it is alleged that Liberty County DA Mike Little is attempting to cover-up his corrupt acts by quietly removing Warren from Evans’ cases.
Evan’s motion against Joe Warren of a “Motion to Disqualify” will move forward on 08/12/11 at 10:30am. It is also anticipated that other defense attorneys in the alleged “Cleveland Rape Case” will also join or follow Evans’ motion in order to responsibly protect their clients interest.
The Joe Warren arrest is part of a broadening ‘corruption probe’ by the Liberty County Sheriff Henry Patterson, Special Crimes Unit and Department.

When is the damn grand jury going to meet on Joe Warren? Or have they already met and Little is managing to keep it quiet that they indicted Warren???
WHEN? When will Little or Hinch investigate, indict, arrest - the long list of people LD has pointed to and lsited their crimes? They will NOT do it!! They are not in office for justice's sake. They are not doing the people's bidding.

When are these lawyers going to file a motion to disqualify Little because of the Michael Blue case pending against him? Geeze,is our whle prosecutio system in Liberty County even competent enough to prosecute someone? May need to get the Attorney General to appoint someone to prosecute this rape case.

Texas Education Agency doesn't list them as even being in the FIELD of education, let alone licensed (not that the local school entity that actually IS licensed- is doing anything intelligent, of any semblance of exemplary, or marketable for its 'graduates.')

aw c'mon! Cleveland ISD is a fully certified, state MINIMUM school- the only lower standard is 'unacceptable' (so is just about every school district in LC or east Texas.)

I really feel that the victim in the case was coached on what to say. But of course there is no proof because of the good cover ups in Liberty County. It will eventually come out because everything happens for a reason and when it does I hope that Joe Warren takes the place of the person in the conviction and stays there for a very long period of time.

I also know someone that has happened to and i truely hope that everyone involved with the case from the da's office all the way down to the sheriff's office and the people making the alligations take the place of the wrongfully convicted.

In regards to the post below i agree but i also believe that mike little and joe warren neither one should be in office prosecution case of any kind. i dont understand how a da can have sexual assault charges against him and prosecute another person for the same charge sounds like conflict of intrest to me.
