The spying centers on mainly the emails of Judge Chap Cain, then later Judge Mark Morefield, Judge Tommy Chambers, County Judge Craig McNair and Sheriff Henry Patterson and Department.
The persons alleged to have operated the 'law-enforcement grade' software and hardware spying devices on the Liberty County servers are Vickie Locke and John Gaudet. Recently they were relieved of their IT job by County Judge Craig McNair and prior IT administrator Darrell Taylor was rehired.
The people alleged to have been the masterminds of the "spy ring" and recipients of the illegal intercepts were Liberty County DA Mike Little, Texas Ranger Frank Huff, Former County Judge Phil Fitzgerald and past Liberty County Judge “Rusty” Hight.
After being soundly defeated in the most recent election, Past District Judge “Rusty” Hight completely wiped his Liberty County issued computer hard-drive along with all the county programs and emails. Next, “Rusty” Hight removed from his office the entire county owned law book library to his relative's law office, Liberty County attorney Zbranek and Baker.
Former Liberty County Judge Phil Fitzgerald and Commissioner Lee Groce have both since been indicted by federal grand juries. Liberty Dispatch has also been given information that federal prosecutors have an interest in the illegal intercept spy ring. Federal prosecutors have worked honestly and diligently to protect the interest of Liberty County as relates to FEMA monies.
Meanwhile, the emails of the above named county officials continued to have their emails illegally intercepted by Liberty County DA Mike Little and Ranger Frank Huff. Recently, Liberty County Sheriff Henry Patterson has created an initiative to uncover and have Liberty County Corruption investigated and prosecuted.
As of this date it is unknown whether criminal complaints have been filed. It is unknown if Liberty County Sheriff Henry Patterson or the FBI have started investigations.
This type of illegal activity by Little, Fitzgerald, Hight and Huff is an outrage against the people of Liberty County.

Let me assure you... Vicki Locke never had the computer know-how to hijack anyone's email and John Gaudet was always too busy trying to build an IT empire for himself to do anything else. So you'll know... county email comes to individuals through a commercial system that does a reasonably good job of protecting privacy. Enough monkeys dedicated to a task might accomplish something, but Vicki Locke and John Gaudet aren't part of that monkey corps.

Getting the email without anyone knowing separates Man from Monkey...The programs used by law enforcement will let law enforcement to view any key stoke made by its operator. He files on everyone who was anybody, John Wayne, Shirley Temple, Clark Gable just to name a few.

None of the locals were found to have either Southern Charm nor Southern hospitality. You could dress them up, but you couldn't take them to a ball, at any Southern plantation.
They finally moved west, to Liberty County; where they became trailer trash, inbreeders, insiders, schemers, criminals, and ultimately- civic leaders.

It is not entirely too late to work within the system. This news site still has some impact and there are good people within the system trying their best to turn things around. We can not afford to lose hope and give up on this. Everyone who cares MUST TAKE A STAND and do whatever they legally can or we could reach a far worse place where "shooting the b*st**ds" appears as an option to some. Such situations are far worse than we can now imagine. The rule of law must be restored without such action or the price will be too high. It is very difficult to restore the rule of law through actions that are generally considered unlawful.
newsflash: Cleveland fills council seats, vacated by recall. Number 3 seat goes to Carolyn McWaters and Number 4 goes to hispanic George Cuellar. Only seat 4's appointment got a unanimous vote. Installations are to be held at next Tuesday's regular council meeting. We'll see what the new appointees bring, and which people's puppets they are...

There is definitley corruption in this courthouse! You better look really close to find who the culprits are! Favors done for favors! Put up cameras! Listen in on calls! Watch what access you give to the courts records and scheduling!!! I keep hoping and praying that you will catch them!!!
