Is it just me or has the local media’s handling of our local assistant district attorney pulling a gun on a neighbor been queer. Instead of making hay out of a salacious story, the local media is bound and determined to quiet the story down.
The local media reporting that the people who were threatened at gunpoint by Assistant DA Joe Warren are not saying exactly what they said months ago is queer also. The people felt THREATENED! Now they have Houston television and others watching and they are telling their story freely. A media that is almost always drawn to drama and conspiracy should enjoy this story. But the local media seems to be attacking the messenger.
Also I have noticed some media is acting as if the poor judgment the officer on this scene displayed in one of the many cases he has handled somehow vindicates Joe Warren. How? They never explained the connection. They also have never explained why every case this officer is involved in doesn’t get this scrutiny – why this case?
But the biggest most disingenuous part of local media’s coverage is when they act like it is unusual that the sheriff’s department has not included the district attorney’s office in every step involved in preparing to indict an assistant DA. Duh!
Rumor has it that the district attorney’s office refused to accept charges from the sheriff’s department all this week. Maybe that Mike Little was out of the loop because he was playing games with the sheriff’s department and when they refused to do their job they put themselves out of the loop.
When I heard a man had a gun pointed at him by someone on Mike Little’s staff, I thought “I am glad that wasn’t me. I thought nothing will ever happen to him, but if it were me I would be in jail.”

Those two criminals Warren and Little and also Anne Streit have hurt many people. They all three should be in prison.
Why does Bill Buchanan and his KSHN all 9 radio think all of us think it is strange that Mike Little was not in the loop when the sheriff department made their first move to hold his department to the same laws the rest of us are held to?
If Mike Little didn't know about this case it is his own fault. I read about it. He received open records request pertaining to it. His department refused two attempts to get involved (in the "usual" manner).The only things unusual about this case are Joe Warren's illegal behavior and Mike Little not suspending him.
I feel sorry for these people living next to such a volatile and egotistical monster. I hope somehow that they will get justice and be able to live without fear.
Funny Mike Little is infamous for trying to have people arrested and leaving them in jail as long as he can. Joey "Two Thumbs" got out lickety split though. Little has cost thiscounty millions of dollars over the years by prolonging accused people's time in jail before they were proven guilty. He saved us some money on Two Thumbs though!

Yes, the 'duty to die' clause (that they claim doesn't exist) is kicking in. Yes, the death panels (that they claim don't exist) are issuing orders (move your kid, or we'll unplug him.) Yes, the collusion (that also, supposedly doesn't exist) is happening (as no other hospital will take him.) They're ALL.... Obamacare law BOUND, to accept the first hospital's diagnosis! (Whatever happened to each physician's right to run his own tests, and make his own determinations? Gone, the way of the dodo.)
Now, NOTICE.... that all of the OBAMACARE provisions, that control this situation, are CONVENIENTLY OMITTED and SCRUBBED from all of the media coverages (as well as the citizen comments- sounds like duhhhNesa system, doesn't it)!!!
Magically, not a single media person has the INTELLIGENCE to see it for what it IS, or even QUESTION it!!!

I would have been thrown underneath the Liberty County jail the same day had I done what Warren did. Now talk about your selective prosecution. Just my 5th grade opinion.
Joe Warren is bragging about his mugshot. He claims he is smiling because they can't touch him on here in Liberty County......
