Hitler and Liberty County DA Mike Little.

Readers need to know any credibility District Attorney Mike Little had with us has long been gone because of his behavior not our politics. We are aware that those who have read our assertions of political persecution and selective prosecution who still believe in this District Attorney fall in two categories. Some are friends or family or have a financial connection to Mr. Little. This article or any other information that may come to light in the near future is unlikely to change the opinion of those who fall in this category. Then there is another category- those who smell a rat but think that Mr. Little is odor free. Most of us have been raised to have great respect for law enforcement and we require a reason to distrust them over their accusers.

We know there are many reasons to distrust Mr. Little, but we also he has made quite an effort to discredit anyone who challenges him. So this article really asks readers to think about one aspect of the case he has against two of Liberty dispatch’s contributors. This article ask you to consider the hundreds of thousands of dollars he has spent in the last few years on the case he claims to have against Eddie Shauberger and Ray Akins. We have repeatedly asked one simple nagging question that we have been unable to even make up an answer to that Mr. Little would want to admit. Today we have one question we want those who tend to be like us and give law enforcement the benefit of the doubt: “What about the handwriting samples?”

Two years ago this May Mr. Little asked that Eddie Shauberger and Ray Akins provide handwriting samples in anticipation that his case would be dismissed if he could not prove that some of the documents in the case had forged signatures. Despite requests, the District Attorney has failed to present these results to the attorneys of the accused or to the court (or to the media). What about those results, Mr. Little?
Could it be it takes longer than two years to get such results?

In the 1980s, a man named Konrad Kujau, a supposed collector of Nazi memorabilia, approached a German publishing company with 60 handwritten journals purported to be written by Adolf Hitler that had, according to seemed to be genuine, and Kujau had an apparently good reputation, so the publishing company paid $2.3 million for the lot. The diaries were immediately published in installment form in a German newspaper owned by the same publishing company, and syndication rights were sold to several international publications, including The London Times. It was The Times that requested a professional handwriting analysis to ensure authenticity. Three international experts in forensic handwriting analysis compared the diaries to exemplars that were apparently known to be written by Hitler. All agreed that the diaries were written by the same person who wrote the exemplars. The diaries were for real. All of this analysis was done in six months, leaving us to still wonder -what about the results, Mr. Little?

Perhaps Mr. Little would say some cases are more difficult and require more time. But again if we look at the case of the Hitler diaries we find such difficulties and the handwriting analysis was done in a fourth of the time Mr. Little has already taken. With the Hitler diaries it was an analysis of the ink and paper used to write the diaries that revealed them as fakes. An ultraviolet-light examination revealed that the paper contained an ingredient that wasn't used in paper until 1954. Hitler died in 1945. Further forensic tests on the ink showed it had been applied to the paper within the last 12 months. As it turns out, though, the handwriting analysis was in fact correct - the person who'd written the diaries had also written the exemplars. Kujau, later found out to be an experienced con artist, had also forged the exemplars the police were using as comparison documents.

Where are your results Mr. Little? Handwriting analysis results will be one more nail in your case, but where are they? Could it be that he doesn’t want to drop the case because he knows his attempt to settle a political score for himself and others will backfire when he does? He considers the time and the money he has spent on this personal vendetta an investment. Never mind that it is taxpayer money and never mind he is yet to find a charge to successfully prosecute, he is still searching for a charge he can imprison his political enemies on. Never mind that the facts lead to a crime that would imprison Eddie Shauberger’s ex partners and totally vindicate Shauberger and Ray Akins.

Please... If you have believed KSHN and i-dineout’s innuendos, please consider the fact Mr. Little refuses to present the results of handwriting analysis he requested and begin to wonder if this case is just what we have said it has been all along.

For over 700 days, the court record will clearly show, Liberty County DA Mike Little has gotten up in court and baldfaced lied to first Judge Hight and then Judge Mark Morefield over and over again about these exemplars and motions that have not been heard. Mike Little has made a complete mockery of the 75th Judicial District Court with his lie after lie.

Was this the reason Little dropped these cases against Ray and Eddie? I guess he dropped these cases for fear of losing both in court. What an idiotic DA we have here in Liberty County.

I thought the HARRIS COUNTY civil case that covered these issues has already demonstrated that Ray Akins and eddie Shauberger had done no wrong... AND civil cases are easier to prove than criminal ones. Still as far as I know, DA Mike Little is still persecuting both of these activist Republicans by denying them a speedy trial and always asking for more time to delay the trial.

It seems that DA Mike Little is merely hoping that one or the other of his victims might miss one of the never ending court dates so he can throw the book at them for that.

Why are my Royce Wheeler comments to LD not being posted?

Anonymous said...

Why is Terri Fairchild still working for the Sheriff's office if what the Outsiders state is true? Just wondering.

Anonymous said...

Liberty County DA Mike Little is a corrupt public official and also a criminal.

Royce Wheeler is a perverted old man who tries to whore himself around town while using his barneys to harass good people who know his dirty secrets. Rumor is chief bradshaw and cunstable Royce are having an overly "friendly" relationship.

Anonymous said...

Don't you all have a right to a speedy trial? Oh, yeah...you do, but who really cares about the " offender's" rights anyway? HUH? HUH?

PS. Not saying y'all are actually offenders...but,that's the legal term for defendent; if I'm not mistaken.

" Is there anyone out there...it's getting harder and harder to breathe." ( The song, not sure by whom..just like it and find it fitting.}

No rumor to it about Wheeler and Bradshaw. They are joined at the hip. I have never known someone as vindictive as Royce Wheeler. Now he is after the new Municipal Court Judge in Cleveland because she holds down two jobs. One as a Justice of the Peace Clerk and the other as City Judge. He cant stand is because he thinks that she is not putting in her full hours for the County. Well I for one think that he should leave that up to her boss (Judge Wade Brown). Royce Wheeler is nothing but a womanizing piece of s---. I feel sorry for his wife. I wonder how many times she is going to let him get away with running around on her before she has enough. She should make an unexpected trip out to his so called gun range sometime when he is out there. Oh he locks the gate so she cant catch him. I forgot.

The last (UPDATE) post by an Outsider demonstrated that the investigations regarding Terri Fairchild are ongoing. Guilt or inoncence is generally determined AFTER the investigations and/or trial are complete. The Sheriff's Office has its own policies that must be adhered to, so it is most likely best to wait and see what happens in due time.

No kidding on the Royce wheeler comment. They both screw around on their wives any chance they get. Cept bradshaw shits where he eats. Everyone knows he is banging his secretary and various women all around town. No wonder humble gave him the option of early retirement vs termination. He had sexual harassment incidents and I heard it was either leave or get fired. Then his buddy Royce gets him the job in Cleveland. He wasn't even a supervisor in humble after over twenty years of working there. The man isn't qualified to run a dennys much less a police department. It's just a matter of time before both those crooks end up getting indicted.

As a longtime follower of the antics of Mike Little I can tell you he is scrambling to get folks to lie for him about your exemplars.

I dont understand. I thought we got rid of Little hitler in the last election along with his long time friend phil

Anonymous said...

I for one hope that the recall election in Cleveland fails. The present council got rid of City manager Cook which was long overdue and I have heard that Bradshaw will be next. Royce Wheeler will be gone the next election as will Melvin Hunt. Some new and more qualified blood is needed. Wheeler can get on his big boat and fish all he wants to. Hunt can spend his days on the golf course making his little smartass comments about everyone and Bradshaw can start entering Kenny Rogers look alike contests around the State. TIME FOR A CHANGE IN CLEVELAND TEXAS.

His gun range? The last report from the Outsiders showed a letter from Wheeler stating he was not in charge of the range and had nothing to do with it. I don't understand, is Royce Wheeler telling the truth??? It was my understanding he was a stand-up guy! Someone that ALL law enforcement officers could look up to!

Anonymous said...

Wheeler has been hiding evidence of a triple murder up in Cleveland for over 15 years. Stand-up guy??? You've got the wrong person, my friend.

Anonymous said... "His gun range? The last report from the Outsiders showed a letter from Wheeler stating he was not in charge of the range and had nothing to do with it..."

WRONG: The First report showed a SIGNED PIA RESPONSE letter from Wheeler stating he was not in charge of the range AND a SIGNED letter from Wheeler to other police agencies DEMONSTRATING HE IS IN CHARGE OF THE RANGE. See:

http://mylibertydispatch.blogspot.com/2010/09/taking-liberty-part-2.html

The LAST report from the Outsiders about Wheeler demonstrates he buys supplies from vendors outside of the county and the lack of anyone officially in charge of the range remains an issue. See:

http://mylibertydispatch.blogspot.com/2010/10/taking-liberty-part-4-unaccountability.html

Evidence is attached in both of these stories. I would expect more reports from this line of research in time.

As anyone can see, the term offender can mean defendant, but very often there is a BIG DIFFERENCE IN MEANING:

offender

n. an accused defendant in a criminal case or one convicted of a crime.

defendant

n. 1) the party sued in a civil lawsuit or the party charged with a crime in a criminal prosecution. In some types of cases (such as divorce) a defendant may be called a respondent.

KNOW THE MEANINGS OF WORDS, ESPECIALLY LEGAL TERMS:

If you don't know your rights, then you don't know when they are under attack.

Anonymous said...

Wheeler is too short to look up too..lol Wheeler will use anyone he can to advance and then drop them like hotcakes. If you are not somebody with a lot of money like Jim McNorton he has no time for you. Someone should also check out his Deputy Ralph Fuller. I hear that he got a girl knocked up and divorced his wife and married the girlfriend. I also hear that he was asked to leave his last job in Woodville because he was accused of raping a girl there. From what I hear the Outsiders are not through with their investigation into the gun range deal or Wheeler. I can only wait and wish...

Anonymous said...

Thanks to poster above for the clarification of "offender" verses " defendant." Good to know.

AND, totally agree about the importance of knowing your rights. I have personally learned the hard way that one CANNOT always trust one's attorney to advise and/or protect one's rights in court.

NOTE: Very important indeed to get familiar with " the system " and " tricks " often used by the "BIG BOYS IN THE KNOW." ( To some of these guys a person's life is just a joke..unless, that life is one of a personal friend, a family member, a friend of a friend, an " important member of the community, etc. ) VERY SAD TO EXPERIENCE!

DOUBLE CAUTION: CAREFUL YOUR ATTORNEY MAY NOT REALLY BE " YOUR ATTORNEY."

PS. I know this post is a little off topic..but, maybe it can help the next naive person ( defendant ) from becoming the branded naive person ( quite possible now known as offender, felon, or convict.) Whichever you may prefer.

on the lighter side of the Wheeler and Bradshaw story, here's one:

On the occasion of their first dates, their fathers handed them the family car keys, saying: "If you're not in bed by twelve............. come on home"!

I hear that Jerry Oliver who is with the fire department got into some trouble with his neighbor and called one of his police department buddies who came out and wrote the neighbor a ticket. Was told that it was all Olivers fault but was covered up by David Edwards who is one of Bradshaws officers. Oliver and Rasberry need to go out with Bradshaw.

Ole Sticky Fingers Wheeler sure has a lot to be on constables pay...just saying...but maybe he inherited it....what do you all think?

Anonymous said...

why the blogging over the PD chief and secretary, getting together? What else did you expect, since both were 'hired for their looks'? rofl

Well I heard that Wheeler and Bradshaw raided some more of the eight liner establishments yesterday. Bradshaw left one officer in the city and sent the rest with Wheeler out in the county. I guess Wheeler needs some gas money for his boat.
Sheriff Patterson told his men that they had more important things to do like catch wanted criminals, burglars and car thieves. Keep up the good work Patterson.

"I heard"??? now, THERE's a phrase that NEVER allowed on the witness stand! hee hee

now for some MORE Outsider news: (Yes, I qualify- not being born, un-educated, and raised here!)

There's also, the north county Hitlers, (Rayline and Jill Barnett.) Here's their story of clique, control, and corruption.

After the good doctor passed away, the Barnett girls went into politics and political control. They recruited fellow church members to get controlling numbers on all the political boards, school board, city council, commissioner, committees, etc. Jill is twice elected mayor, and running again.

Together they brought the highest electric rates in SE Texas (not wanting the major discounts of SHECO). They voted in the most oppressive building codes and restrictions. (Result? College street is now a business ghost town, with several being demolished, as we write.)

They saddled all the citizens with 7 bills, monthly, for the chamber of commerce's digs in the 3 million dollar civic center (yes, we pay maintenance, upkeep, utilities, principle, interest, custodial and landscaping costs!!!)

They brought the red light cameras, with 20,000+ victims to date, and counting.

Their group had the mentality: 'our gene pool is so perfect, that inbreeding is the best policy;' so (without question...) those, locally inbred qualities had to be in charge of the school board, and the sup't. The result? They promptly led the schools to the bottom of the nation!

Next, the museum was created. Naturally, over half the space had to feature the Barnetts, the Howells, and the Advocate (none of which, comprise one tenth of the citizenry, nor one percent of the history of the area.... it's an ego thing- like Obama's Nobel, and Clintonian Grammy, dig?)!!! I challenge anyone to find the Hispanics (with 400 years in the area), or the Native Americans (with over 1000 years) even mentioned. Hysterically, even Bessie Austin's 'furniture' had to take a back storage closet seat; to the Barnett, Howell, and Advocate delusions of self importance!!!

For a finale, the clique voted in large road fees, on both the electric and water bills. They immediately borrowed against future receipts to retop five streets, in the city. Predictably, the ones in front of Jill's office, city buildings (peach street.... I mean 'castle avenue, it already has a MOTE') and the hospital (see the Barnett's museum section) just HAD to be done first. Laughably, now, they are installing the storm drainage in front of the hospital, laying WASTE to all that retopping, done out of proper SEQUENCE! Uh-huh, the inbreeding is SHOWING!!!!

Yes, we have insiders too (I'll never be one, master's degrees and not being inbred, being CONTRARY to the criteria, you understand...)

Anonymous said...

Unbelievable. The colossal nerve of such folks. Maybe you should lead the charge to rename the demolished college street as- B.I.P. street (Barnett's in Politics)!!!

Anonymous said...

How did the 'inbreds' get the schools to the bottom of the nation? Pooled their ignorance?

Anonymous said...

"What to do about them"? Hangin's too good for them (and a waste of a perfectly good shade tree and rope). Can't prosecute them, as they're in bed with the prosecutor...!

I've got it... how about a hundred day drought??? (oops, sorrry... we've got that right now, and nary an attitude or set of manners has changed)!

Didn't you just LOVE all those pulpit windbags, just a-posturing, a-wailing, and a-praying for rain, last Thursday? See how far they got, doncha??? (reminds me of the pedophile priest, who blessed the maiden voyage of the Titanic)!! Now, guess how many, on high, give a rip about, (let alone an EAR to,) those phonies? Soooo, everybody haul your mothers, to hear 'em today.... It means so MUCH to the old girls!!! lol

How about a hurricane? (nope, had that too in '08, and all's they did was become S.I.I.V.'s (self inflicted Ike victims... right Groce, Phil, and brother in law)???

Ideas, anyone?

Great news Ray and LD readers. I received word that a group of tea partiers has formed to aid any of the "radical Republicans" across Texas who are marginalized because of complaints this election cycle about last minute party switchers. This tea party group is well manned and well finaced and will send people to an area with this problem to bring media attention to Democrats disguising themselves as Republicans. I will send you info next week in case you have this problem.

Anonymous said...

There's a better way. Continue the drought until the insider schemes cease... Continue it, indefinitely, in places like Moss Hill and Hardin!
There's simply no valid reason to sustain THOSE subspecies; nor any of their offspring, to continue their schemes...

Anonymous said...

Good plan, if you can DO it, that is- here's hoping... Far better than a hurricane, that's gone in a few days.

Now, could you expand it to school superintendents, and their families, that harbor serial child abusers (try the Cowart family)? Could it also include corrupt churches that try to control all politics, then try recall petitions when the voters oust them?

Could you expand it to wherever the corrupt methodist 'pastor' (yeah, RIGHT) is transferred?

Thanks for the Moss Hill and Hardin idea. Fitz, Lee Groce, Frank Huff, Fairchilds, and Brashier certainly have it coming. Can you expand it to Hardin County, to get the Greens and Vickery's? How about the Archers, Hights, and the rest of the scum, that are mentioned on LD?

Can you add Chambers, Galveston, Harris, Brazoria, and Orange counties. Fort Bend would be nice too (there's a Haltom jackass in Katy...)

Don't forget San Jac, Polk, Montgomery, and Walker counties.
Of course, there's Coldspring folks that already had to sell off their herds. I know one in Willis/New Waverly that deserves a lost hay crop (for a decade or so)... can you get Mr. Marion too?

Please add a triple helping for the Cleveland, north county bunch, as well. Those Barnett girls, and all their cronies, have it coming!

Also, there's a whole bunch on Village lane. One of them's a major recipient of the stolen fire department monies. Just check the huge herd of boats, rv's, 4 wheelers, two story house, out buildings, and vehicles... all on a "fireman's pay"????! There's also several corrupt politicians on that street. SIC em!

WOW, just WOW! Has "that day" actually arrived??? We read about it at church, but never could do it.
Anybody know anyone who's capable of doing or commanding this, among us, or where they learned how?
(One guy read John 14:12 and Acts 1:8 at another prayer session... Did some church find out how to fulfill those verses!) Nobody that my church prays to, seems inclined to prevent it...

There were 200 of us at Thursday's prayer time, and we got absolutely no where, in this regard. That included a dozen or more preachers who couldn't order a single raindrop, between them. It was rather painful and awkward, seeing them ousting the blacks from office, then pleading for 'unity.' sheesh! see:

Have you seen the Cleveland PD's billboard ---picture of their police car with a promise to see the Judge if you mess up. Now i'm all for law and order, but i see this billboard as another black eye for Cleveland. It reminds me of another country somewhere in the past. The only real improvement to that billboard that i can think of, is having Bradshaw's name on a picture of Humpy Parker.

Anonymous said...

dont give him the credit of Humpy, he will suffer like buford pusser

I agree, Bradshaw is rolling Cleveland into a combination of Patton Village, Splendora, and SanJacinto County. I wonder what he is going to name his new town?

Anonymous said...

"Barnett's in Politics street"?
I drove through, and saw that yesterday. More accurately, it should be named: "Baptists and Barnett's in Politics" street. (B.A.B.I.P. for short)

Once and for all, your city needs to flush and banish the theocratic urges to control and rule!

Let the street signs, the empty store fronts, closed plywood mill, unemployment lines, school layoffs, and the pictures of the demolished business district- forever be painful reminders of the disastrous results.

Finally, church organists should stick to their area of competence. Ditto for loan officers, stock peddlers, chamber clerks, t-shirt vendors, and oil speculators. (Barnett, Penry, Lowery, Adams, Walters, Good, and Williams)

Anonymous said...

dennis has pix of 23 closed, empty, or demolished businesses' buildings- all but two are on four downtown streets (college, travis, crocket, and houston (hwy 321/105)). Fifteen of them are on college (8)and travis (7).
All are a monument to one of the two most EXPENSIVE and UN-business-friendly codes in the U.S. (the 'international' building code vs the IRS code.)

In this case, we're talking about the international code, (appropriately named, because it's caused tons of businesses to leave town (if not go 'international'.) Funny, every politician who voted IN the codes, runs for cover, upon confronted with the pictures of their handiwork (but they need to be re-elected, regardless)??? Yes, it's soooo important to have people in office, that were 'raised and un-educated' here- the political equivalent of 'inbred,' RIGHT?

Some blame the code enforcement officer (who, granted, is an A**; but claims to 'just be enforcing what the council voted for;' though other cities have used codes without emptying the business districts)!!!

Yes, college street, (with 8 victimized businesses,) needs to be named 'Baptists in Politics' street. However, its neighboring street (Travis- with 7 vacant businesses,) needs to be named 'Methodists in Politics' street.
Let's assign blame where it is due, anyone???

Crockett street can be named 'Barnetts in Politics' Avenue (fronting the hospital), and Houston can be called 'Powers in Politics' avenue (fronting the former Powers pharmacy).
Together, the street names could abbreviate as follows: B.I.P. street, M.I.P. street, B.I.P. ave, and P.I.P. ave.

The entire downtown district can be named "John Davis' jackassing zone." (I mean, biblical donkey, but the other has a nicer accronym: (J.D.'s J.Z.) hah!) Why would 'historical district' be either current or appropriate?

Ya'll go vote Saturday. These mental midgits are wanting back in control. Lord, help us all!

Anonymous said...

Poster wrote:"the inbreeding is showing"???
That's sloppy research. We insiders, have what's called 'thrice inbreeding:' adjacent family member, adjacent church pew, and adjacent bar stool. (not necessarily, in that order, either.)

Anonymous said...

"in politics street"? We can do better...

The 8 businesses on College street can be named: Baptists in politics street. The 7 on Travis, Methodists in politics street. The three on Crockett, Barnetts in politics Avenue. The three on Houston, Powers in Politics avenue. The entire zone, JDJZ- John Davis' Jackass Zone!

Our county-wide problem isn't "inbreeding' either. It's thrice inbreeding: adjacent family member, adjacent church pew, and adjacent bar stool. (but I repeat myself, as all three, were family members)!!!

Anonymous said...

"JDJZ"? lmao
(why would anyone violate the 'truth in advertising statute', by calling it a historical district)?

ditto, for not calling it serial child abuser land (cleveland ISD's administrators!), scoundrel land (oops, that goes to Moss Hill/Hardin's crowd!!), 'bubba-land', redneck land, or bubba-ette land. (there's far less 'cleves' in Cleveland, than any of those)!!!

Anonymous said...

the rednecks just swept the Cleveland elections (city and school), ousting every black on the ballot. Now, we'll REALLY see the schools accelerate downward, with 100% of the school board- born, in-bred, and un-educated here!
