I see your website has two recent stories about an eleven year old girl being raped by many young men. One suggests she was used as bait by the authorities we trust to protect her or at least left unprotected. The other story is about a gag order to keep such things under wraps. I believe if you can study the court records in Judge Bobby Rader’s JP court you will find a gag order made for a different reason. (Note: Judge Bobby Rader is also a municipal court judge for the City of Liberty.):
It seems that of the many young men arrested and given very high bail amounts, one was given a $100,000.00 PR (Personal Recognizance), bond by Judge Rader. It seemed strange to me as he was not even a juvenile and I would think an adult to be more liable for what he does than a juvenile. His name is Carlos Bernard Ligons. It seems that Mr. Ligons' mother works for the jail (CEC CORP) and is politically connected with the Democrat Party. Judge Rader is a reputed (RINO) Republican and may be trying to keep his supporters and Democrat friends (Like Mike Little) happy.
Getting past the gag order may be difficult, but I think it needs to be investigated and made public. I hope there is a good explanation for a PR bond being approved for one suspect and $100,000.00 bonds for the rest, but it looks like the gag order is there to cover up some bias. There is no excuse for being with an eleven year old and I don't see how any single one of the young men involved deserve special treatment apart from the rest.
With all the media coverage, I just hope that the eleven year old can now get the protection and help she deserves.

Ligon is getting special treatment because he is rolling over on all the other accused in this.
Is this the same Ligons who was the Cleveland Indians quarterback a few yaers ago?
Liberty County "justice' is spelled s-e-l-e-c-t-i-v-e.
Rader may need a day off. A PR bond for one of these accused rapists? On second thought, he may need to retire.
Isn't Rader going to run for Liberty County Sheriff? Some sheriff he would make... I think not, I wouldn't vote for him if he was the only candidate.
$100,000 PR Bond for a child rapist? Rader is a maroon.
Rader, pack it in, you just kissed any chance you had of being Sheriff down the drain- you are a sorry piece of work.
He just proved he is a Mike Little cronie, Little didnt fight him on it in court, a good ole boy setup. Mike Little's corruption rubbing off on Bobby Rader peas in a pod.
Some are men, some are mice. This was mousy
Could someone please tell me if all of the complaints about Liberty County HUD director Willie Carter have been ignored. Why is this man still employed by the county?
Mike Little is no different than the accused young men, only difference is he likes Black Man sex.
Yes Judge Rader may be looking to run for Sheriff...Judge Rader was the one who adjudicated the Dog case out of the City of Liberty and attempted to enforce laws against the dog owners that was no longer the law in Texas...Now we find he is involved with this child molester by giving him a P.R. Bond...God help us! With ethics like this Judge Rader, you have lost my vote and that of my family and friends!!! You sir should be removed from office. You no longer represent me anymore...I believe everyone should be given bond but you sir SHOCK our senses with this last act of yours!!!! Sheriff! LOL!!!!!! Not if I can help it!

Mike likes the Mandingo Beef!
Rader, you just lost my families and my vote.
Why isnt Wes Hinch on the Liberty County Corruption list? He is way up little's @ss just like Rader.
Rader, it now looks to me like you are part of this Liberty county Mafia team with this kind of action on your bond selections. You are probably through in Liberty County. I can still vote line by line.
Someone should look at all of the court baliffs and where they originate from.
All are African American and all are politically strong in Liberty county. They are probably pulling out all favors to help these men accused of such a horrible crime. I hope they all get the maximum sentence when it comes to punishment time. No matter what color their skin is they knew better than to have sex with such a young girl. Some of these men have been getting away with crime for a long time but I think they just committed their last crime for a while.
I will not forget what Mr. Rader has done regarding the Bond issue and gag order. You losted my vote sir.
Like Mr. X said last week, "where's the white boys in this case" "How come no white mens are charged in this case" Where you is? I know you is out there somewhere! Come on out like a man and be counted. This was not just a black thing you know what I'm saying...theys a honkey in the wood pile!
The News Papers say that Mark Morefield put the gag order on this case not Rader. It's done all the time on high profile cases. Now I see why the Lawers want the trial moved. To many rumors.A JP can not even try a Felony thats for higher Courts.Guess some one does not like Rader so they start Rumors like this.
It seems that there were no honkeys invited to this party. However, there were some honkeys that seemed to drop the ball on protecting this 11 year old. Namely Texas Ranger Huff and Liberty County DA Mike Little. Maybe Mr.X can point that out.
Q: The News Papers say that Mark Morefield put the gag order on this case not Rader.
A: The newspapers don't say WHICH judge gave out the PR bond. That's because Rader had a gag order alreadty in place.
Q: A JP can not even try a Felony thats for higher Courts.
A: Anyone in jail needs to have a bond set in a reasonable amount of time. JP courts can handle that part until a trial is done at some other level.
Q: Guess some one does not like Rader so they start Rumors like this.
A: I didn't have an opinion of Rader until he did this. NOW I don't like him.
I guess some people just get their wires crossed.
First of all Bobby Rader is a very nice person and is respected in the community. He will make a whole lot better sheriff than the one we have now.
All that a JP can do on a Grand Jury indictment is read the accused his rights. The 100.000,00 bond was already set by the District judge and can only be reduced by having a hearing before a District judge. I hope that every person whether black, white or purple that had sex with that little girl is arrested and prosecuted.
Why would Rader have anything to do with the gag order and bonds?I thought Peggy Dunn was the JP in that area.I know most in Cleveland voted for her.
So, some of you think a J.P. like Rader can not set bond in this case? Take a look at the Conroe, Texas child murder case taking place NOW under Texas law by a J.P.. Maybe some think that only in Liberty County a J.P. can't set a Bond in a big case like this? Wake up people and read what is going on around you!
Jury selection to start in Rusk County capital murder case
ury selection is set for Wednesday, March 3 in the trial of Blaine Keith Milam, accused of capital murder in the brutal beating death of his girlfriend’s 13-month old baby in Rusk County.
The case will be tried in Conroe by Rusk County district/county attorney Micheal Jimerson with 4th District Court Judge J. Clay Gossett presiding. The venue was switched to the 284th District Court at the Montgomery County courthouse in an effort to secure a fair trial.
Officials are tight-lipped about the case after a gag order was issued by Rusk County Pct. 5 Justice of the Peace Bob Richardson, who also arraigned Milam and the baby’s mother, Jessica Bain Carson, also accused in the case.
Milam, then 19, was a convicted sex offender who reportedly should have been behind bars at the time of the December 2008 killing, according to reports around the time of the death of the infant Amora Bain Carson.
According to reports in the Kilgore News Herald, Milam and Carson, then 18, beat the child to death last year with a hammer in an effort to “beat demons out of her.” The infant’s body had also been bitten at least 20 times, according to reports.
Carson also faced capital murder charges.
Blaine Milam did time for criminal solicitation of a minor related to a March 2007 break-in, when he left obscene notes in the bedroom of a 13-year-old girl.
The gag order currently in place prohibits those involved with the capital murder case from discussing witnesses, the investigation itself, evidence, the strength of the case and any information that would create a “substantial risk of prejudice” in the case.
