SO FAR, THIRTEEN WARRANTS AND COUNTING- ALL AFRO-AMERICAN.
All the mentioned suspects have been indicted for the offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 14 and arrested pursuant to those indictments. Texas Penal Code Sec. 22.021. Liberty Dispatch has watched the unfolding saga of the 12 year old Hispanic female child in Cleveland, Texas who alleges sexual assault and rape against herself.
There have been several arrests to date of black Cleveland youths related to sexual performance with a child. The arrest of many young men and other community people in general are sure to come. The long history of Liberty County DA, Mike Little's selective prosecution is already manifesting itself in light of only blacks being arrested for the crimes in question. The DA, Mike Little is also accused of Homosexual Assault on a black (prisoner) man too in a current Liberty County case. (See below, Michael Blue case)
Half of the accused related to sexual crimes with this young girl have criminal records and the rest are young men in the community with no criminal record. There are also allegations of grown men who work at the school and city employees who have reportedly had sex with the young girl.
This young girl has a facebook site where she has actively advertised for her need to make sexual meetings. Also, she has actively pursued young men to the point it interfered with her schooling.
Obviously her being raised by a father unwilling to assume his proper responsibilities has also caused harm and promoted her behavior.
It is further alleged that estimates of 30-40 males have had sexual relations with her over time when finally her sexual appetite ended with her being raped by approximately five black males. After the rape, children at CISD talked of the crime which eventually resulted in the rape being reported.
Liberty Dispatch wants to know why CPS has not taken this girl away from her father who seems either unwilling or unable to properly raise this child. We also want to know why she is still being allowed to actively pursue sexual relationships on facebook.
Liberty Dispatch has been told by sources that the Liberty County District Attorney, Mike Little was aware of sexual offensives against this young girl for some time prior to any arrest and rape. It’s also alleged that Mike Little allowed this young girl’s continued abuse for unknown or possible political reasons.
As concerns Liberty County DA, Mike Little… His own behavior related to homosexual sexual assault, civil rights violations and oppression offenses are being investigated by the 253rd District Court, Texas Attorney General’s Office, US Attorney’s Office, NAACP, ACLU and the FBI.
Mike Little has been silent without comment related to the charges against him and also that of the young girl victim. Sources indicate that Liberty County DA, Mike Little plans to push the trials of the accused in a despicable attempt to retain his hold on the Liberty County DA’s office. Liberty County District Clerk’s records indicate multiple recent subpoenas have been issued to witnesses related to charges against Liberty County DA, Mike Little.
At this point, the only bright side to this broken chain of events and people is the Liberty County Judges who will hear this case. The community can rest assured that the Liberty County Judges will handle this alleged crime and trial with the utmost judicial professionalism and discretion. Hopefully this young girl can be put back on the right path in life with the help and understanding of the courts and community.

This is a very sad story. I pray for all involved in these deplorable acts.
The devil is certainly out there..BUT so is JESUS. AND HE is willing and ready to help..all we have to do is open our hearts and ask.
oh, Ray, once again, if you only knew the half of it. This girl's events span over a year. The perp count isn't 5, but around 20.
The cover up, by CISD, PD and Advocate; due to the parentage of at least one perp, was well documented on LD last week.
Now, for the real political bombshell:
Cleveland ISD, seemingly, has solved the coming state budget shortfall- in the most dastardly of ways:
Get rid of the students (the old "teach the best/shoot the rest" mentality.) Yesterday's EOB CISD PD report showed that CISD has created 204 criminal records, via issuing tickets to its kids, in just the past 6 months. Oldtime hallway, bus, or schoolyard scuffles- are now deemed 'criminal' offenses. So is a thrown paper wad, talking out, in class. Hence, tickets, thence, court, thence permanent criminal records- for 9 to 18 year olds!!! Yes, they start at Eastside's 4th and 5th grade campus.
[Only one parent, had the education to see it coming, plead to deferred adjudication (avoiding the criminal record, entirely,) and immediately, put the kid in private school- precluding any future contact with CISD PD, hence deferment period violations.]
Compare this to a HS enrollment of 783, and a MS enrollment of 802 (as of Feb 18th). Yes that's a rate of 1 in 8 students, who now have a criminal record. Compare to 158 HS grads in all of 2010. Yes, they're handing out more criminal records than diplomas. Sadly, nobody at CISD's PD, nor admin, sees this as a problem???
The school's priority is clear. Who needs 13 grade levels of teachers? Three ticket pads can empty the student body, of all deemed 'undesirable.' No appeals, no redress. Case closed.
Teacher layoffs? Absolutely! Due to declining enrollment. Criteria?Again: keep the best/shoot the rest. Naturally, serial child abusing admin's are exempt.
We'll then have 'exemplary' schools, because everybody else will be in jail, elsewhere, or in Liberty.
Few, and far between, are the parents, with the resources to defend their kids (legally, via private schooling, or home schooling.)
However, short sighted as your article is: Thank YOU for briefly raising your sights, beyond the corrupt clicque, surrounding the LC court house. There's a 'big, bad, world' out here. Please visit the rest of us, more often! You're needed.

Where is the state? Why didnt Mike Little act a year ago? I agree, our courts in Liberty will be the saving grace.
I don't see anything shortsighted, I see the facts. Straightforward...
The public should be warned about the games some still in the courthouse play.
Please don't let this kind of conduct continue in Liberty County,no matter who suffers the consequences.
This is rampant not in just CISD but in small school districts all over Texas. I faced the same problem with my child and they are now in private school for the exact same thing you're describing. They always target the at risk children or the ones that don't quit fit the "norm" and most of the time the parents are educated enough to relize what is going on until it is too late. The whole teaching system in Texas needs major help!

Its not a "Cleveland Rape Case" she has been giving it up and pursuing men for over a year and Little has known about it. How he has known about it is sooo very interesting. Now he has Ranger Frank Huff in full cover-up and cover Mike Little's ass mode. Huff couldn't keep it in his pants working in Little's office.
Everyone know Huff's girlfriend works in Mike Little's office. The whole bunch is immoral.
Ray: keep updating. Six more were arrested Wednesday. Another, turned himself in. That's eleven, with two others being sought. The ages range from 17 to 26, so far. One of yesterday's crowd was on the high school football and basketball teams. Another is a current high school student. There's a raft of juveniles to go, arrest wise. Stay tuned.
The local takes on this case, vary with the teller. One says that this girl's been raped for over a year (Whataburger drive thru.) Another says that his mom knows the grand mom, and that both the girl and her mother are pro's.
This brings up the obsolete 60's laws: 1. rape of a prostitute was a legal impossibility. 2. Five partners was the definition of being a prostitute (payment was irrelevant.) No longer, is either of these the case. In today's courts, the conduct, or career field of the victim, cannot be introduced or considered.
Ray: this story is the smaller of the two rapes here. CISD's raping over 200 kids, via criminal records, rather than educations and diplomas; is a FAR larger, and more serious, rape case!
These adults had a choice in punishments, ranging from detentions, to warnings, to parent calls, to... the list goes on and on.
I agree with the posts: CISD needs to have irate parents clean house, from the board to every administrator. So does the other schools, doing the same offenses.
Why are some arrested for sexual assault and some not? Why isn't Mr. Little arrested for sexual assault today? Why is there a difference in one assault and another?
It must depend on the 'victim', and their level of enjoyment! lol
The reason mr. little hasn't been arrested is, because he has the key to the jailhouse. He is the arrester and the victim is the arrestee. He graduated from MSU (make stuff up)

all the ones that supposed to rape the little girl are in the same pod, they in pc so one can get to them, they free 24 hrs to the phone ,tv, showers they are not locked down as they supposed to be. everybody are locked down for 23 hrs a day , 1 phone per day, tv for 1 hr & 1 showers when ever.
now if i was going to put these people in jail i won't give free range like they have. pc protected custed. 1 hr to to your calling ,shower phone ever body in pc are locked down 23 hrs
