As far as the elected judges, you miscounted. I see two Republicans and two Democrats. Not saying they won't do a good job, but they didn't change their spots.
I disagree on any implications about judging anyone who switched parties this last time because of the corruption going on in the Democratic party. They could have been beaten in the primary or in the general election . It was a risk at that time. Now a party switcher sees polls that say "switch to win" - a poor reason with no inetgrity to switch parties
I amhoping some of the bags of garbage that have sucked off of our courts around here will go to another county or state and that we can get more legitimate attorneys here now that our courts are more just.
I also hope we have a better class of bottom feeder attorneys in Liberty. Hopefully these new judges have the strength and vision to clamp down on the DA's criminal actions over the last 20 years along with the crooked judges who have fleeced the public with their local bar card toting scum.

Thats a good point from the previous poster. How can we have a legitimate legal system in Liberty County with the new Judges. Having the same DA with these new judges is like having a Ferrari driving high speed with recaps on it. It will run but sooner or later there is going to be a fatal accident.
I feel like these men of honor in out courts cannot work with a criminal DA without getting infected.
The DA has to go for the system to work the way its designed.

Ray, I am so pissed off that I can hardly contain myself. I read tonight in the Dayton News that "Teacher suspended while school investigates 'improper touching' of student". The story goes on to say that "There is an allegation of improper touching of a student, but there is no allegation from the parent and the student regarding sexual misconduct". They take a teacher out of the classroom on an allegation, yet we've got Mr. Little Poke Hole remaining in office with the same allegations made against him...student...mentally challenged inmate...they are BOTH protected persons and, yet, NOTHING is being done to remove Mr. Little Poke Hole from his office...and he prosecutes criminals! My God in heaven, why is he still in office. Remove Mr. Little Poke Hole from office...please!!!

To the person who wrote" file a bar complaint" . Been there, done that! Bar complaints don't work when the bar is run by attorney's for attorney's. Could not believe the results of my complaint and called inquiring on the " board" of the bar complaint. which consists of local business men and women! Couldn't get NAMES of those persons either. So, you have a corrupt DA, Corrupt Judge, Corrupt Attorney and it goes before a board of local business men who rely on the corrupt? Please!!! I will believe Liberty County courthouse has changed when I SEE it in our next hearing!!! There will no doubt be one!
