Recently we ran a story concerning charges by a defendant/prisoner that Liberty County DA, Michael Little sexually assaulted him.
Liberty Dispatch readers and commentators are wondering how an elected public official can be sued by a defendant for sexual assault and official oppression and that public official publicly ignore the charges. What’s even more fantastic, the local media is also ignoring the charges and other related DA's office employee crimes.
Let’s study the reasons why Michael Little would not publicly defend himself or feel he owes the community answers for his alleged criminal behavior.
1. He hopes the suit just goes away;
2. He thinks if he ignores the charges, the community will forget;
3. He thinks if he acknowledges the criminal charges it will make matters worse;
4. He is guilty and worried the truth will come out in a trial;
5. He thinks he can get away with the crime because the person making the claim is a prisoner and has been certified with a low IQ;
6. He is waiting to see who else surfaces with the same claims.

To make matters even more outrageous, his assistant DA, Joseph Warren has been accused of criminal assault with a weapon and official oppression. Even after the charges, Warren is still working as an assistant district attorney. Liberty Police Department has covered up the crime and conspired with the DA's office to block any criminal referral. In return, it is alleged that Liberty PD officer, Hugh Bishop (Prior DA's Investigator) was thrown under the bus for the heat Liberty Police Chief, Billy Tidwell and his wife from the city of Liberty had to fade.
Again, the Liberty County media with the exception of Liberty Dispatch has ignored these crimes by Little and his office.
Let’s explore why the Liberty County Media has ignored the behavior of those in the position of public trust.
1. They themselves are corrupt;
2. They are either taking orders directly or indirectly from Michael Little and his people;
3. They have been threatened with prosecution if they try to protect the community;
4. Fear and weakness.

Liberty Dispatch has not made up or "lied" about these charges against this public official and his underlings, the charges are a matter of public record.
In our investigation of the corruption surrounding the Liberty County DA's office and those who run it, we have found a constant method of behavior. We have found multiple crimes over many years, and in relation to those crimes- we have learned that everyone who has complained about crimes from the DA's office has been threatened with prosecution if they complain further.
The strong-arm tactics of the DA's office seem to emanate from DA Investigator, Ivan Pierce and his brother who offices there also at the DA's office, Texas Ranger, Grover Franklin (Frank) Huff. Frank Huff is alleged to have a personal relationship with a female who works in Little's office. According to sources, Frank Huff along with his wife defaulted on a large credit account with Bank America, which Bank America has charged off.
The charged homosexual rape of a defendant by Liberty County DA, Michael Little along with Little's mismanagement of Bridgehaven and seized funds/assets are being completely ignored by the local Liberty County Media.
The crimes and unethical behavior of Little and those who surround him and the local media who suppress his crimes are the real story for 2010 and the number one story going into 2011.
The news media in Liberty County who are suppressing his crimes have become willing co-conspirators in their lack of reporting a direct threat upon the whole county.
Are we as communities suppose to ignore when a prisoner claims the County DA brings him in his office and anally rapes him? Are we suppose to ignore when an assistant DA, pulls a gun out and threatens to kill his neighbors then threatens them with imprisonment if they file complaints? Are we supposed to ignore when officers who are charged with investigating crimes commit financial fraud? Are we supposed to ignore when a DA steals county money and distributes it back to himself and his friends? Are we suppose to ignore when a woman is dragged before a district judge and after she identifies him in open court claims she gave him oral sex, only to have him immediately dismiss the case? Are we supposed to ignore others in the DA's offices that have traded sex for a dismissal of charges?
Liberty County will never grow or be able to protect it's children as long as these criminals are operating unchecked, with unlimited runaway/covert budgets. Obviously, the law does not apply to Michael Little and Company, only the rest of us.

Mr. Akins WE THE PEOPLE may not go out on the street and yell it, but we are sik and tired of it and we we are not going to take it any more. Mike Litle can shake hands andsmile and even sit in his pew at church but we all know he has many qestions to answer. He stil has said nothing and done nothing about the mail tampering and attemted political assassination of District Judge Cain.Clearly the evidence to convict a fomer Democratic Party Chairman is at his fingertips. A District Attorney may have some disretion, but ths man is derelict of his duties. Hopefully we can cout on the ballot box in 2012 removing him from office but tat should bethe last resort. He should be removed now.
Mike Little has not risen to the level of a ham sandwich. He can easily indict whomeer he wants ad he can easily avoid beig indicted. He is like the waiter at the restaurant who chooses whose food he is going to spit in. And if you are not on his list, you can gt n it by objecting to his behavior.
Perversion and immorality reaches even the highest offices in the land. Little as used te public trust to abuse the system.
Keep on aying "check" until enough stuff comes out you can holler "check mate". 2011 will validate most if nt all of LD's claims.
I have written complaints and sent them to this website on two different officials in the Liberty Sherif's Department. Are you people so bent on pounding Fairchild and that goofy Huf you just don't want to hear about anyone else? Sheriff Patterson neds to fire Steve Green and handle some of the problems within his own ranks.

When I look Mike Little in the eyes he always looks off. I don't think that necessarily makes a man guilty of anything, but I can tell you no longer give him a free pass. Too much has gone on in that courthouse to assume anything.
I "assume" that prosecuting the tings we have heard about in the last few years is either lazy or he is as dirty s the ones accused. This man never even addresses the accusations. He works for us and should put n the record here e stands on issues that concern us. He burns thes creepy rapists and murderers who nobody really knows but he will not touch these controversies. What kind of DA is that!
I heard that Mike Little personally reviews every case that comes through the DA's office, now after what Blue said Little did to his butt, I understand he is looking for victims of his sexual perversions.
One comment in this article that says, Liberty will never grow with these kind of things going on here. I have worked in all the Counties surrounding Liberty County and I have heard people talk about how corrupt and crooked Liberty county is and that they would not live here nor have any dealings with anything in Liberty county. I now know the reason I heard all of these remarks.
These people are classic narcissist. Their ability to keep the public trust has to be aided by the media - two of the big media moguls in Liberty are naturally defensive of such behavior.

Yes, and the FBI and Attorney General needs to be on this case also. These people in public office have made a career out of their jobs here. The corrupt ones have been in office for years and have gotten comfortable doing what they do. They have not realized that you can not do things today like they were done 20 years ago. Maybe there should be a limit on how many times they can hold a political position in Liberty County.
