Reaud, Morgan & Quinn seeks investigation into libel claim

Alleging Mark Beausoleil and Lisa Fregia may have knowledge about libelous statements made about the firm in 2010, managing partner Glen Morgan filed the petition Dec. 7 in Jefferson County District Court.
In the petition, RMQ states it anticipates the pending lawsuit will include allegations of fraud, conspiracy and libel.
"Mr. Beausoleil and Ms. Fregia may have knowledge about libelous statements made about petitioner during calendar year 2010," the petition states. "They may have knowledge regarding fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud against petitioner."
The petition fails to state what alleged libelous statement or action prompted the firm to take action.
Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, has been assigned to the case.

Alleged that he makes Phil Fitzgerald's FEMA fraud look like child's play.
His wife, the ex-democrat chair is alleged to have (with Mark's help) tampered with Honorable District Judge Cain's US Mail then tried to extort.

I dont know about Lisa Fregia but, Mark Beausoleil is no stranger to Fraud, just ask Janet Harrelson. She will make a great witness for you Reaud, Morgan & Quinn, you should call her.
These alleged comment by Beausoleil are no laughing matter, they appear to be pointed at negligence and intrinsic fraud to financially harm Reaud, Morgan & Quinn, in the millions.
Bet you a dollar to a doughnut Mike Little wont indict Beausoleil or Fregia.
Yet another example of his official misconduct and selective prosecution.
One more fact in a long list of offenses Little has committed and which give grounds for a petition of removal.
Another one bites the dust!
They are now beginning to fall, like a domino affect. Wait until these lawsuits get into Court (not Liberty County Courts)and these people will start involving the rest of their crook friends. Another one bites the dust. I think the final down fall of the Liberty County Courthouse Mafia will soon be here.
Is this the lawyer that married one of jack Hartel's daughters when he was Jack's assistant in the county attorney's office and dropped her when Jack did not support him to replace him?
No. That mayte be the kind of person Beausoliel is, but Jackie Hartel was over him soon after their last date. They never married and I would guess Jack never thought Beausoliel was County Attorney material.
My guess is that when this is investigated we will find the Beausoliel started their vendetta against Chap Cain when his ridiculous undeserved million dollar plus fee was endangered by this law firm asserting their rights. I am just guessing, but this could have to do with their attempt or their knowledge of an attempt to spread stories about this law firm and Judge Cain in attempt to cling to a share of a multi-million dollar settlement with a berieved fiance of a plant explosion victim. This whole practice of lawyer referral's bringing in such big bucks is sickening - whether the lawyer making the referral is competent or not. If this is connected, the timeline does include Beausoliel's wife later illegally stealing Cain's mail in another disgusting attempt to smear him. And a missing Mike Little - no indictment.
The usual players: Little, Hight, Fitzpak, Odell, Fregia, Merendino, Huff and the Beausoleils.
This law firm suing Beausoliel and Fregia were the ones who made the donation to Chap which the corrupt in the courthouse tried to use to indict Chap. I say get-em Chap and Mark. Tear their corrupt @sses up.
Whoever said Liberty County Mafia is right on. They have had one steady meeting, one right after the other covering up years of crimes. Drive by the courthouse and you will see Little, Huff and Hight. And the shredders are eating paper like Carter is taking pills. And the tampering with government documents in Little's and Delia's office is rampant.
Dennis Odell victimized his clients and now he is victimizing Liberty County Taxpayers.
You would have thought Beausoleil would have gotten the message when he lost two public elections and was basically fired from the Liberty County Attorneys Office.

This guy should be wearing an orange jumpsuit just like Mike Little. Who is going to send in an anonymous complaint to the state bar over this guy?
It's not fun to have your name slandered...If nothing is done to hold the person accountable, then the cycle continues. Pray daily that all who have slandered, violated others rights in open court, double billed clients, taken advantage of others in times of weaknesses, etc... I pray that if unaware, that they will be made aware and take responsibility. I pray that he/or she will repent and make the wrong right Then they will receive the gift of peace. Eventually the person will have to admit it, either now or in eternity. So why not now, while there is still time?? Then we won't have to be ashamed when we meet the true JUDGE.
In my opinion, Mark Beausoleil gets what he deserves. Wonder why they left Liz Beausoleil out. Isn't she suspected of being the perpetrator of the mail fraud?

why not call in some outside person or person's to do some investigation on all the corruption in the county ?
