Question: How does Liberty County DA Mike Little's office handle dog owners who displease him or his representatives?
Apparently, Liberty County District Attorney Mike Little and his office live by two legal standards, his first and then Texas law second. Mike Little's named employee has demonstrated they are criminals by his own admissions, below is just one example:

What bothers me the most about the police report, is Joe Warren's arrogance in admitting he had the gun and basically assaulted with it, obviously full well knowing Mike Little would never charge him.
This proves both Joe Warren and Mike Little are pieces of dog excrement.

These examles of Little in this story are examples of The Liberty county Mafia law enforcement and prosecution process. In Liberty County these laws are called (LITTLE'S LAWS) Next election the DA office will be changed back to right way of doing things, here in Liberty County.
Mike Little and the DA's office have no worries. Mike Little's old friend Steve Green running the Sheriff Dept. looks like he has a the law in his pocket....
I agree, someone needs to file a petition against Mike Little to have him removed over this. The thought of two more years of him makes us sick.

You remember that they removed Janet Harrelson from office with NO EVIDENCE AGAINST HER. With all the evidence of Little's abuse of his office, prosecutorial misconduct, selective prosecution, etc, that has been presented just on Liberty Dispatch, there is no reason that Mike Little should remain in office. It just takes a resident of the county to file it in the district court. Now...it MUST be in Cain's court or wait until after Morefield is sworn in because Hight won't grant it.
Now it comes out about Little paying Hugh Bishop as his personal private investigator. What a den of crooks we have running this County.

Steve Greene is a total idiot. He came from Mike Little's office. Why would someone with a law degree want to work for pennies as a police officer when they could be making a whole lot more as an attorney. Maybe because he was not worth a crap as an attorney.
I cant wait for the next Sheriff.s election when we can put in a Sheriff with enough guts to make the changes needed within the department to make it a good place to work. Time for Little and Patterson to go.
I find no correlation between Patterson and Mike Little, even when you throw Steve Green into the mix. Steve Green is a captain in the Liberty County SO. Captains make more than chump change. Steve Greene micro manages Patterson and because of Patterson's paranoia, he allows Greene to run him. In other words, Greene owns the sheriff's office and becomes the real sheriff through exploitation of Patterson's paranoia. I think the best person running the Sheriff's Office is Jim Cooper and also believe he should be sheriff, he wont run for sheriff but he has integrity we need.
Furthermore, some have said on here that Steve Green and Mike Little are tied at the hip, I dont think so. If anyone can enlighten me with a connection other than Greene have worked for Mike Little and left because he would not be apart of Mike Little's corruption, I cant find another connection.
If Little had his way, he would imprison Cain, Moorefield and Henry Patterson.
The only thing Patterson is guilty of is being gutless, I say that with all respect but if the shoe fits. Patterson is so afraid of lawsuits he has that proverbial dear in the headlights look. When you are sheriff, you get sued, period, goes with the job and that's what the county has insurance for...
the reason capt. steve green is not using his law degree....is because the state of texas took away that right. he lost his lic... he is corrupt..the sheriff and Jim Cooper are afraid of him because Little has got his back. they better send him packing if they want to stay...it might just be to little to late.
I dont know about your other contentions as regards Steve Greene, but saying he has no bar card is wrong. Greene still has his bar card according to the Texas state bar. If its the same Steve Greene out of Anahuac.
