I, Andy McCreight, hereby proclaim that I will remain neutral in matters concerning future Republican Candidates.
I will not support or endorse any current Liberty County Democrats who are contemplating leaving the Democrat Party and making declarations to become associated with the Republican Party.
The time has passed. The election has occurred.
Anyone seeking public office in Liberty County Texas as a Republican should make application at the appropriate time and live with the results of the Republican Party Primary Process.
The Republican Voters of Liberty County deserve the right to decide who the 2012 Liberty County Republican Candidates will be.
As far as I am concerned; Incumbency will not be an advantage in 2012.

Andy, thanks for setting the turncoats straight!
You think Allen Youngblood and Bill Buchanan are going to switch to the Republican Party now? Rotten...
Please I just got in late from work and was eating while reading updates and stories, you mention the two above names now I lost my appetite.
Im glad I voted for you Mr. McCreight, you have served our party well.
Mr.McCreight, with all due respect, who are you and who cares about having your "support"? What does your support mean specifically? Will you attempt to blackball any Democrat that changes party? On what basis?
So we rid ourselves of the worst Repubvlican Party county chairman in the history of the world and now we have one that is inviting primary challengers to our officeholders.Interesting. I am not sure that is a bad thing but I have never seen such a thing. What does this mean Ray?
Fair enough to warn all who would switch. How about a warning to all of those who would cloak themselves as Republicans but who have no intention of being a conservative. The county budget has doubled since Phil Fitgerald was sworn in. If electing a majority of Republicans does not result in announcemnets of budget cuts early in 2011, what have we accomplsihed? How about a warning from the chairman on the matter of integrity and allegiance to our principles.
Andy you are a breath of fresh air. the group that has run the party in the last few years won a race or two but only because the Republicans have kicked butt across the state. They would have blown riding the Obama wave. They would have been double-minded in their support of the "R's" versus the "D's".
Could some of you enegetic aggressive Republicans please come to the north end of the county and help us win. We have a bunch of real Democrats up here that continue to dominate our area. Royce Wheeler, Melvin Hunt, Durlene Davis, and Peggy Dunn are all part C leveland area that will be here until the cows come in if we do not get some help.
One thing I liked about Lester "Vote for Rusty" Wisegerber and that I like about you Andy. You stay in the background. Nancy and John Archer helped the Republican party years ago and still today when they engaged and did so ineffectively.
Ah ha! So how about Commissioner Norman Brown? Some in your party were so proud Brown switched parties. But he voted for these enormous budget increases. Some people running your party simply want to win. theyn have friends they want in office and enemoies they want to keep out. But they have no principles. Does Mr. Chairman deny that?
Otto, Hinch and Wisegerber gotta go, they are nothing but RINO's.
Wisegerber has already been sent to the house you goober. I agree on the other two along with McNair and Chambers too.
Before you go negative on two of the mentioned elected people, give them a chance, they haven't even been sworn in as of yet.
Lets keep the comments on topic. We need to support our local Party Chairman and his watchful eye on our party.
Yeah, Andy has been the best Republican Chairman Liberty County has ever had.
Richard Pegues was a pretty strong Chairman. When he turned over the party to Rusty Wisegerber, how was he to know he was turning the party over to a democrat?
That is what the Liberty County Republican Party has always lacked, real leadership until now. Andy being a TEA Party member just goes to show he is an above average conservative. Who else has ever been a party chair and TEA Party member? NO ONE!
Did Morefield vote for Obama? Maybe I heard wrong the other day. Is Otto for closing the border or just getting his photo in the newspaper?
We had a couple that came to the party in time to be elected. Did you not support them? If you didn't condemn them for doing so, why from here on out?
There are three individuals talking to others right now regarding their running for office in 2012 as Republicans. Mike Little, M. Hunt and yes Royce Wheeler.
With me own ears their words of this ungodly move was in the works.
Everyone in Liberty County must keep their eyes open 27/7.
Is any of this really a surprise? It's all about ME, ME, ME, with these people. In my opinion they do NOT care about anyone. They are their own God, and that is a very dangerous and ignorant belief. They care only about themselves and how they can manipulate and deceive others to benefit THEMSELVES, and of course their ego. Boy, it's quite depressing...isn't it? This is only an opinion, not a accusation...and certainly not referring to any one person.
If these three stooges run as Republicans, I will go down the ballot and vote against them in 2012. Right is right and wrong is wrong, we don't need them in the Courthouse or the republican Party. If they want to become Republicans though, I always vote in the Primaries too.
Andy, Im glad I voted for you, thanks for looking out for out party and working with this site and its people to transform our county. There are some people who should never be in our party.
I would like to see Liberty County Tax Assessor, Mark McClelland move over to our party. I believe he was used by John Archer just like Janet Harrelson. McClelland has some good qualities I would like to see come to the Republican Party.
